Kings has been great for our home. I appreciate that we can call and get great service quickly. They went above and beyond more than once, following up or coming back when needed to make sure everything is right. It is rare to find a company that will go out of their way to make sure products are working the right way. Workers have always been kind and professional and on time. I would highly recommend this company.

Josh and Mike came out to replace our old oil furnace with a new gas one. They were able to connect it to our existing gas line no problem. They kept us updated during the whole process and made it very easy for us to continue working from home while we had the new system installed. I would recommend them to anybody that needs a new heater.

Josh and Michael installed a new furnace. They did a great job, being efficient, courteous and neat. They took time to go over details with me and showed me the extra steps they took to ensure an above average quality installation. Along with the front office people, and the estimators, they are part of a great team. I would recommend them to any one looking for any HVAC needs.

We tried three company's and Kings were the only ones who did not try to upsell us. They were on time, personable, instructive and helpful.

They do not stand behind their work after spending $25k. Managers are very rude and not very helpful. I just told her my frustration and disgust, and she told me we were not good fit and didn't want to work with me anymore.

They were able to come out the same day when I was without heat. They found the root cause where other companies had failed. And best yet, they patiently and even enthusiastically answered all my questions including about how the wiring works because I wanted to replace my own thermostat rather than pay them to do it. I only paid the diagnostic fee. Excellent value! Great, kind, knowledgeable people. Highly recommend!

I was really impressed by both the sales and installation team at King's. They were the second company I had come to my home for a free estimate for a new gas furnace. On sales, Christopher was knowledgeable and laid out the best options for my home. The install team was efficient and didn't leave until I received a thorough walk-through for my new smart thermostat and furnace. They even to deal with minor flooding in my basement during the install and they didn't miss a beat. Compared to a large Seattle based company that I had also received a quote from, King's was clearly superior in terms of price and service and didn't leave me with that car dealership feeling regarding confusing and costly add-ons I don't need.
