I would look elsewhere if you are looking not to get totally ripped off. Had them come out to take a look at a furnace at my rental property they came out did a temporary fix which needed a thermostat installment which they informed me unless I did it myself would be 700$ on top of the 220$ they already charged to be out there. Then informed me a replacement is nearing and when asked of the price of that roughly they gave me a range of 7000.00$-14000.00$ to replace a gas furnace. I called another company and they were able to diagnose and will be able to fix this issue I have for 2500.00$ in the next coming weeks pretty stark difference if you ask me.

Kings was great to work with, our general contractor set up the work. Josh was the job site lead and was really easy to work with. He took time to explain everything in detail, answer our questions and was able to think of new solutions to save time and space in our home for installing a new HVAC unit. Highly recommend.

Kings has fixed our aging furnace for us three times now. It always seems to fail at the worst possible time and Kings has repeatedly been there to rescue us and all withouth breaking the bank. Many thanks to the team at Kings!

From the initial sales call by Chris to the installation by Mike and Josh, we couldn't have been more pleased. Josh and Mike had to install while we were out, but they kept us informed at every step. Very friendly and professional installers, on time, finished on schedule, showed respect for our home, leaving everything clean and better than when they started. These guys deserve 10 stars! My heater and thermostat stopped working during our single-digit cold spell and these guys were fantastic. From my initial call all the way through the appointment they exceeded expectations with every opportunity and interaction. Seriously... superb service! The lovely lady who scheduled us took the time to help me troubleshoot ahead of making my appointment. Then they called to say they were able to move our appointment up by a full day (much appreciated since it is still freezing outside)! THEN David, our amazing service tech, knocked it out of the part by diagnosing, testing, retesting to ensure he solved the problem and that we would not have any further issues in the future. He also took the time to educate us along the way. All in all it was a beautiful collective effort with excellent communication and service excellence every step of the way. We can't recommend these guys enough. Heating service superheroes. Thank you guys!!

Kings has come out to our house twice recently for routine maintenance and we couldn't be happier with their service. The service tech, Josh, was really polite and clearly knew what he was doing. They have a fantastic staff and provide great service and scheduling couldn't have been easier with Michaela. I highly recommend hiring them!

We booked Kings Heating & A/C's service last week. At the call of the scheduling, we told them the brand name of our A/C unit. we also sent a photo of our A/C's brand name, model #, serial # in the confirmation email to them to prepare them for the visit. However, when the technician came, he found out the company doesn't provide the service for our A/C unit as our A/C is a geothermal system. We had already felt frustrated about the situation as we scheduled the time to wait for this appointment. Moreover, they charged us $132.12 for the "visiting fee". We ended to pay them this fee for no-value but frustration!!!! Everyone should be careful when you deal with this company. They are irresponsible, unprofessional and sneaky. What they want is the money in your pocket.

Michael and Padric went above and beyond over two really cold and snowy days to install new equipment at my house. They were on time, communicated clearly through the whole process, and left my house and even my garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. I could not have asked for better.
