Great experience from the person who answered the phone, through the techs that came out to the house. Highly recommend! Our AC stopped working, so we had Kings Heating come out to take a look and let us know what was wrong with the unit. The first tech that came out was polite, informative, and did a through inspection of the AC and found that we had a leak and had lost our Freon. We received a quote, that included a very expensive valve, which the tech said he included on the quote to make sure there weren't any surprises when the repair was done, but we may not need the part. When we had the repair done, a different tech came, but he was as great as the first one and found the problem right away and fixed the leak. He said that the valve was operating fine and although it may fail in the future, he didn't want to replace a valve that is still working.

The techs at Kings who replaced my furnace did an excellent job! They were punctual, efficient, and their professionalism was solid. They even swept my garage! From start to finish, it was a great experience working with Kings. Definitely recommend them for all heating or AC work!!

I had a furnace installed by Kings Heating a few years back and when I went to get it serviced for the first time, the HVAC serviceperson pointed out that the venting wasn't properly attached and there was a 1/2 inch gap which can be dangerous. I had this repaired right away since it was something that isn't safe for my tenants. I contacted the company right away and the owner communicated in a demeaning and dismissive manner. He tried to come up with several reasons or excuses as to why this could have happened and "shamed" me for not having it serviced sooner, but as the HVAC serviceperson pointed out (and I took pictures of), this was 100% an installation mistake. When I pointed this out and requested that I be reimbursed for my out of pocket cost to repair it, he continued to make up excuses and told me tough luck. I own many rental properties, I have managed many renovations and projects so I work with a lot of businesses and tradespeople. This customer service response was one of the worst I have experienced and I will definitely make sure my colleagues hear about my experience so they avoid working with Kings Heating. A simple nominal expense reimbursement would have resolved this mistake but they cared so little about their customer, they refused to make it right.

King's Heating has hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. I called King's about getting AC installed. The initial consultation was a breeze, they laid out my options with no pressure or sales pitch. I agreed to go with them and they scheduled me an installation 5 days later. I decided just a couple days before the installation that I would rather get a heat pump and called to see if it was too late to switch my purchase. Their response "No problem, you are the customer." They switched my order that day and didnt have to move out the install I scheduled. The installation crew came out and did an amazing job. They explained to me every part of the install and how to use the new thermostat. Then as they were wrapping up they noticed some window paint left on my car from my recent wedding day. When I explained that I haven't been able to get it off they whipped out some industrial cleaning wipes and were able to scrub the rest of it off! I couldn't believe it. Every company in America should take customer service lessons from King's Heating!

We had a great experience working with Kings Heating and AC! Front desk and technicians are both friendly, easy going, but professional, knowledgeable and fast. We had our furnace maintenance scheduled and inspected in no time, received notifications during the process and final invoice right after. Too easy! Highly recommended to use for any heating and AC work.

This is a solid local company that does a great job. The salesman was professional and was able to address all my questions, including re-doing some ducting. I got an estimate quickly that ended up being the actual price when done. The installation crew was top notch and really seemed to enjoy their job. They saw that I was particular about how I wanted things and they did everything well. All the work was set-up for City of Seattle electrical, mechanical and A/C inspections - all above board.

All I had to do was schedule the inspections. I would highly recommend King's for heating or A/C.

Paul is a superb technician: Watching him work (which he didn't seem to mind, including all my questions) was a model for anyone who appreciates what it takes to keep track of a multitude of screws and parts while he single handedly (and I'm not kidding) took out the blower motor with one hand while holding up a circuit board with the other. Affable and ambidextrous - I'd request Paul every time.

The service is always straightforward and courteous. A go to when you want and need heater maintenance , update, or repair.

Can I just tell you guys, if you are looking for a heating/ac company, please look no further. These guys are AMAZING... I would recommend them 100 times over. We had them install our AC, and not only were they amazing during the installation part, but since then my husband has called twice, just asking husband type questions about different things. They not only answer and return his calls quickly but twice now have they driven back out to our house to just talk to him, explain things, and answer questions. They didn't have to do that, we aren't special, they're just that type of company. This is great customer service! They follow up, they're prompt, they're just overall excellent!
