King's Heating installed a new furnace and hot water heater last March into the home we just bought in Shoreline. I called them to run a new gas line for our dryer and a heater in my garage shop because of the apparent quality of the work they did then, and I'm happy I did.

From Micaela in the office, to Don who estimated and sold the work, to Mike and Tyler who handled the installation, these folks were friendly, highly capable and clearly passionate about doing a great job. Getting this gas line from point A to point B in this multi-level, custom home was complicated and required working in tight spaces, running through a crawl space then outside the house and back in at one point, and they not only worked it out, they did an excellent job.

Throughout my experience with King's Heating I felt like they cared about not just the work they were doing, but about us, and I can recommend them without reservation. I'll definitely be calling them again in the spring to install central air!

I needed a furance replaced, and decided to get AC installed. Chris came through and wrote up a quote and got me scheuduled promptly. Josh and Mike came and did the install. Everyone involved tried to give me as much information as I was capable of ingesting ,without overwhelming me, which I appreciated. The install went as smooth as I could hope. Kings heating fixed my gas furnace in one visit and about an hour and a half of labor. Michaela reached out to me after something happened to my small business on Aurora caring about other local businesses in North Seattle. I love supporting other businesses, they were professional, on time, and got the job done at a great price. Would recommend to anyone who needs repair work done on any furnace.

These folks are great! I have used King’s Heating for two different projects. The first was replacing our dead furnace. A contractor friend recommended King’s and I couldn’t have been more pleased. They responded quickly, which was nice since we had no heat in the middle of winter! They gave a clear and complete estimate and took the time to walk me through the details. Another company’s estimate was higher, and third company wanted to reschedule the morning of the original appointment, no thanks. All the staff at Kings have been great. I worked with both Gary and Mike and found them professional, very knowledgeable, and respectful, especially of our house and time.

The second project, I asked them to come out because some rooms in our house where way colder then others. The basement would be warm/hot, but the bedrooms would be cold. So they moved the thermostat to more centralized place, and added some vents/circulation to our basement TV room – what a difference! It was like magic. We no longer need a space heater in our kid’s room because the heat in the upstairs bedrooms is the same throughout the house.

The bonus for me, King’s Heating is a family ran business, and interacting with Gary (the owner) you can tell he is a stand up guy with integrity and high standards, and it shows in his staff. Kings is the way to go!

We had a great experience with King's. We had a furnace & an air conditioner installed last summer. Through it all , the people there were very professional & responsive when we had any questions. And they were less inexpensive than the big names that advertise on T.V. & radio.
We spent a very hot summer in our comfortable cool home. It was a great investment! We will use them again in the future.

Furnace conked out after 30 years. Kings Heating came to our rescue. My husband researched online for furnace repair and based on location and good reviews we chose Kings Heating in Lynnwood. Johnnie was very nice and offered to send us a quote to repair, but also recommended we get a bid for replacement because of the age and condition of our furnace. Chris came out the next day and we decided to order a new furnace. He also brought us electric heaters to keep us warm until they could install the new furnace. Two days later their team showed up right on time and installed the new furnace. We are now toasty warm and feel we could not have received better service. Thank you Kings Heating!

They were very quick to respond to our need for furnace service. The ladies in the office are great, keeping us up to date with service schedule and making adjustments to meet our needs. Paul, the technician who came to service our furnace, is very professional and friendly. He quickly found and fixed the problem, checked other portions of the system and only charged us for the service call. No padding of the bill or anything like that. Great company. We will use them for future needs.

I had my furnace and water heater replaced last year by King’s. They did an amazing job and we have been very happy with both. Yesterday, my house experienced an electrical surge and the furnace was not operating even after the power was back on. I called King’s in the evening and though they must have been swamped, Chris walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone with patience and kindness. He even looked at pictures I sent in a text. Turned out that we needed a technician to come take a look. Josh was here in less than 45 minutes. He was focused and methodical and really knew what he was doing. It seems the surge had blown out the transformer in the furnace. Josh replaced it and we were back in business! Super knowledgeable, super kind, super service! Thanks you guys!!!!

He was thorough, explained the process in great detail and was willing to answer any questions. Our family has been doing business with Kings Heating for probably 20 years. We have had everything from a new furnace to expert technicians coming to try to shore up our original furnace which had many challenges. We so appreciate them.
