Sean was a pleasure to deal with. He answered every question without hesitation and seemed well informed about his products and services. We are ready to use our new heat pump system. Wy wife and I are looking forward to any future consultations we may need with Sean because he has our trust.

I had an new gas furnace and heat pump installed. The CM team that came out to do the installation work were great. They were on time, walked me through the process, encouraged me to ask questions and updated me as they progressed to make sure everything looked like I'd expected it to. I'm extremely happy with my new system and my experience with the CM team.

After researching options for a new furnace and air conditioner I chose CM HEATING. It was installed in October with highly rated American Standard equipment. It is unusual for the Seattle area to have temperatures drop into the low teens like it has this week which caused the furnace to shut down because of a possible frozen drain line. I called them at 8:30 and the arrived at my house an hour later. They were able to find and solved the blockage and add more insulation to prevent it happening again. Unbelivable professionalism and responce time. Highly recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Sam and the install crew for the ductless heat pump were especially helpful. I’m not good with spatial relations and Sam took the time to physically hold up the unit and let me look at it from all directions so I could make up my mind. He also took time to explain they whys; such as codes, proper installation, where the heat would flow from the location etc.
Sam is not only an excellent technician, but has great people skills. I can say the same for all the teams that were involved with this project; E-mail, phone, scheduling, electrical panel installation, ductless heat pump installation, and drywall repair. My hats off to the schedulers/coordinators who managed to keep it all flowing smoothly for a seamless process.

This was a positive experience. The ductless heat pump heats, cools, and dehumidifies, which has made the climate in my home more comfortable.

Sean arrived right on time to give estimate on furnace replacement +AC. He very friendly and professional, plus had great knowledge of the different system options. He answered all my questions in detail and his entire visit was a couple of hours! By the time he left, I had a firm idea of cost and all that it entailed. (Estimates from "rival" companies had me waiting for return email results). Highly recommend Sean to provide the details needed to make an informed decision.

Josh was professional, thorough, informative, and efficient. He repaired our furnace, but also gave an honest assessment of the longevity of the fix.

Our furnace decided to start dying and it was reaching end of life. Not my first time around the block wrt heating issues in the home. Anyways the folks at CM were punctual, clean, and Sean explained all the options to me. The approval process was quick too.

We just had our second annual maintenance check for our furnace and AC. Luke was very approachable, friendly, did an excellent job, and explained everything very well. He gave us overview of maintenance checks he performed clarifying all questions we had. We had an awesome experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend CM Heating.

We used CM Heating to install a new furnace and heat pump. The entire process was easy to manage, they were very communicative, and Sean (our PM/sales person) and Dane (our installation manager) were excellent. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for white glove service.
