Working with Sean was an amazing experience. He was kind, professional, and thorough in his evaluation of our needs and explanation of work required. He cared deeply about our needs, took time to answer our questions, and worked collaboratively with his entire team to get our failed heat pump and furnace system replacement scheduled so quickly, knowing we were both without heat and had an important family event coming up. I can’t say enough good things about his service.

John is an excellent technician! Diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly! We called CM Heating in the morning and John was here in a few hours. We highly recommend John and this company!

From the initial call to schedule the consultation to the installation and post-installation follow-up, the team from CM Heating made everything seem seamless and stress-free. Everyone who I interacted with was friendly, personable, and professional. The sales consultant was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were getting the right system for our home and needs. The installation crew was amazing throughout the installation. They arrived on time, answered any and all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was going on and how my new system works. They were reassuring, in that I could reach out to CM Heating if I needed anything or had any questions or concerns. This was a major purchase and home project for us so having a team I could trust was really important, and CM Heating delivered!

C M Heating did a good job installing new furnace and heat pump last June. They were courteous, on time and finished the job in one day. I needed a back-plate to fit over the thermostat which they ordered and the technician came as promised to install it. The gals in the office kept me informed at all times. Amazing from calling to make an appointment to the amazing technician! Fair price, honest and didn’t pressure but offered annual service sign up and recommendations that were appropriate. On time, friendly and very professional. Communication top notch! I will be using them exclusively from now on!

Scheduling was flexible when I was not able to make it home in time, the tech reached out to dispatch and they flipped some appointments around in order to keep my visit the same day.

Pricing is very fair considering how expensive everything is right now.
