CM Heating installed a new a Heat Pump and gas furnace for us. They did an excellent job. All of the employees from the office, the sales department and installers are excellent. John came out to do some repair work to our attic entrance. The new furnace is larger then the old furnace so some trim work needed repaired. John did an excellent job. We could not be happier with our whole experience.

This review covers the sales process only. The information given for a gas fireplace replacement was organized, easy to understand and all our questions were answered satisfactorily. The sales reps were both friendly and professional.

Trent and team arrived on time and we were impressed with his friendly manner. He is very professional and knowledgeable and very good at explaining what they would be doing, The workmanship was excellent and after the job was finished he took a lot of time to walk us through the operating procedures and care of equipment. We have a nice experience with CM Heating. It was super easy to schedule and they were very friendly over the phone. On the day of service, Zakary was very professional and prompt for the appointment to do an annual maintenance on our furnace. He did a thorough job, took pictures and checked everything off the list, which was extensive. He answered all of our questions and gave us tips on how to keep our older system in good shape. It is a nice reassurance to have the furnace checked before the Fall/Winter season comes. I would definitely recommend CM.
