Josh listened carefully to what we described, asked questions, and patiently explained the diagnostic steps he was taking. He found the issue and quickly fixed it. Before leaving he explained how to enable emergency heat should we ever need it prior to CM Heating arrival. CM Heating is a first class outfit!

Justin found our problem after a through inspection of of our 17 yr old furnace that’s on its last legs. I’m going to get a new furnace in the next couple of months through C&M. I trust this company.

CM Heating was great. I reached out via their website and heard back from them via email within a few hours. They asked me a few questions to make sure the correct service type was scheduled and then confirmed the date of appointment. As they promised, the technician reached out about 30 minutes prior to arrival and was almost exactly on time. He was efficient with his time and communicated clearly what he did and any recommendations he had for my system. Also helped me install a C-wire for me new thermostat. All done in a timely manner and was very professional while in the home. Will definitely be using CM heating for routine maintenance in the future and would recommend to others.

Just had Sean come out for quote on a new heater and heat pump installation and he did an awesome job. He took the time to figure out what we wanted in a new HVAC system. He had a very positive energetic attitude and he new his stuff.

Furnace went out last night on the coldest day of the year, called office 8am, tech was here by 11am. Granted the 20yo furnace is toast, but at least getting the process started for a new one quickly.
