I had Scott out for an estimate. He was very friendly and informative. I got a big discount because I was able to do next business day installation.

They were here to "move" my existing heat/AC unit and hats off to the scheduler as they scheduled the "move" of the unit with the ORIGINALINSTALLER SHAWN.
I KNEW HIM, he knew me, he knew the unit and the attic and all facets involved.

It was moved quicker than expected, he and his partner were very efficient, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and did an overwhelmingly efficient job.
Nice to see his friendly face again!!

Dane diagnose the problem quickly, replaced the failed component with one on the truck and got the system working. I will replace the unit when I get a quote but am super happy with CM Heating and Dane skills.

Out our system and suggested we get hold of the original installation company to fix the problem they didn’t do at time if installation. Very honest and trying to save us money.

From start to finish, the experience was great! We were recommended CM Heating by a coworker, and were very pleased with the results!

CM Heating agent Sam Mitchell did our original estimate, and walked us through a variety of different options and tradeoffs. He was respectful of Covid protocols, and let us grab some photos inside the house rather than going in.

We went with a new heat pump, a furnace replacement, and a new thermostat. The installation was scheduled quickly and on the day of installation Michael Mackenzie and his team of installers arrived right within their 1-hour window, with a 30 minute warning call to us. The installation itself was very clean - they ended up not needing to run new wiring, and eliminated that charge off our costs. They implored the installation 2 hours earlier than the estimate, and gave us a run-through of all the systems.

Overall we were very happy with our experience. The only complaint we had is that we would have loved CM’s contacts to be a bit more immediately knowledgeable around options for dealing with wildfire smoke - Thankfully they were eventually able to answer questions here, but with wildfire season a growing issue, it would have been great for them to have answers on hand!

Once again, it was a great experience, and we would happily recommend them to others.

Ethan was on time and professional The maintenance only took about 30 minutes. When finished Ethan walked us through what was done and we were provided a service review and pictures. We will be using CM for all of our heating and air conditioning needs in the future.

Andria provided a detailed plan for the installation of a new ducted heat pump system to replace my aging furnace. I have had 3 other HVAC companies provide quotes but not one of them actually looked in my crawl space or attic. Andria did both and also realized that all my cold returns are actually open to the crawlspace and not ducted back to the system. Andria provided a solution for this and detailed the extra costs. I was impressed with her thoroughness. When my research is complete and I am ready to move forward with installation of a new heat pump, CM will most likely be my top choice.

After a short mourning period when I learned my whole HVAC system needed to be replaced, CM Heating helped me sort through the options and make a wise selection of replacement equipment. The installation team was excellent. They corrected the mistakes the previous installer made 15 years ago an did a superb job installing the new system.
