I want to personally thank Randy and Christian from RCM Heating and Cooling for their professionalism. I had to replace my old air condition and heating unit because of failed condenser and age. Randy and Christian arrived early and stayed late doing an excellent job. I live on the second floor in an old condo building which each unit have their own little closet for air, heat and water.

This area is so small that only one person can barely move. Because this place was so small it took them longer to install them. They didn't complain and both worked effortlessly putting in both units. II am so happy with everything words can't convey them all.

Christian was very professional and thorough with his inspection and explanations of our failing heating system (25+ year old furnace and a/c). He told me the news I did not want to hear, the unit needed to be replaced due to cracks in the heat exchanger (among other things). Although, after his detailed explanation of the dangers of this, I knew that it was the right thing to do. He returned within an hour with space heaters to keep our house comfortable until they could do the install of the new equipment. These units worked so well that we actually had to turn them down in the evening when the house temperature reached 76 degrees!

I then spoke with the owner Chris and she was very good about explaining to me the different options in detail. She provided me a very detailed and clear proposal promptly. The next morning, Christian, Tony, and Randy were out to do the install. They were punctual and extremely professional and informative.

The system is working great, and the install is clean and professional. I would highly recommend RCM to anyone in need of HVAC service.

We have always received great service with knowledgeable and respectful service techs from RCM. During the recent below zero cold snap, our son's furnace stopped working. He is over in Homewood and emergency repair services were stretched thin/very hard to come by. When he finally got another company to respond they made a quick determination that he needed a new furnace and just happened to have free financing going on. I reached out to RCM who were able to provide a second opinion service call a few hours later. Their correct diagnosis of a replacement inducer motor had the furnace back up and in good working order, thanks to a quick trip to the parts supply house by Chris who handled my initial phone call, in order to obtain the motor before the supplier was shut down for the weekend, while the repair tech was completing the service call that he was out on at the time. We couldn't have possibly asked for or received better service under any circumstances. You definitely went over and above and gained another loyal customer in the process.

I must say, out of the all the home services that I have dealt with in my past and present this has been the best experience along with customer service, installation pre and post. They have been more than informational on the unit that was installed in my home along with the knowledge of there service men that came into our home. They were very respectful and courteous to my family therefor made it a very comfortable situation. I dont normally right or comment on services like this probably because I have never had the service that I experienced with RCM so here I am. Once again to Chris and the crew over at RCM thank you for the great service !

The RCM did a great job with our new furnace! They came out within 20 minutes and even brought loaner space heaters for the house during the recent cold snap. Great customer service and they always answer the phone. Good people to do business with.

I had them come out and they installed a new furnace on Sunday for me as I was staying in a hotel and their guys did an excellent job getting my house up and running. I would recommend you use them as they are very helpful and a reasonable rate.

We had a new furnace, a/c, humidifier and thermostat installed on 5-5-22. From start to finish the RCM team was incredible to work with!! We learned about RCM when our neighbors got a new HV/AC system installed a few years ago and they loved working with RCM. We got a couple of quotes from different companies. Chris from RCM was very thorough with the quote and financial details, answered ALL of my questions and was always very timely to respond. She was a pleasure to work with!!

We own an old house and the install techs had to get creative with the duct work (our old furnace was over 30 years old). They did a fabulous job!! They were really professional and took good care of the inside of our house- it was a rainy day and they laid drop cloths on my hardwood stairs to the basement and did their best to keep the floors free from dirt and mud. Really appreciate that!

It was a great experience! We got a couple of super high quotes (I understand everything is higher priced now) but the RCM quote was the most reasonable and frankly Chris’ transparency with pricing and how thorough she was on the front end sealed the deal for my husband and I.

Excellent service. Very promptly took care of our outdated ac unit in this extremely hot weather. Ac quit working & within a couple day's RCM had us back in the cool zone in no time at all. There service technician's & installers are very professional at the work they do, & they answered all our questions we had & had the job done super quick. From ordering all the components, to installation, everything went very well. We will continue to use there service & will highly recommend RCM. Definitely a professional team. The owner is very dedicated to customer service, great communication and Service. Very knowledgeable about the business. We are new homeowners. RCM tracked down our previous owners factory Warrenty on the faulty factory air conditioner coil.Set to install this month.

RCM heating and cooling is awesome. Christian was polite, helpful and courteous. When we needed to get a new furnace Chris ( who runs the office) called me and offered to have her guys bring us heaters because they knew my young grandkids lived with me. They came the very next morning and installed the furnace. Christian and Tony installed it and they were on time, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. They helped us and worked with us trying to find the best solutions for us and made sure our furnace was installed immediately so that we would have our heat and so my grandkids would not be cold. It’s hard in this day and age to find honest people with integrity but RCM Heating and Cooling have both and I am so grateful for them.
