Great experience with Zark Heating & Cooling! We installed a new furnace a few years back which was very reasonably priced and Zark installation was timely and professional. Recently called for an issue and they sent someone the next day. Minor issue and they actually told my husband what needed to be fixed and he fixed it himself saving us $.

My husband and I have been very happy with this company. We’ve used them for a few years now, and we’ve always been satisfied with their service. One technician in particular has been very helpful. Last time he was out at our house he spent over an hour with us, just answering all of our questions about the heating and cooling systems in our house. I didn’t feel rushed, and the tech was very knowledgeable. I really appreciated that he took his time with us, and answered all of our questions and made sure all of our issues were resolved before leaving.

Excellent service from the get go. Called that our heat was out and Kristy scheduled service right away. She was so friendly and attentive to my problem. The service guys, Alex and Bill were amazing. Very knowledgeable and immediately knew the problem. They explained everything. A new furnace was needed and Rob, the owner, came out within an hour and installed it so we’d have heat. Now that’s a company that cares about their customer. Great service at an affordable price. We are customers for life!!!!!

Highly recommend Zark, Bill showed up on time for A/C clean and check. He was polite and wore coverings to ensure my house remain clean and provided detailed report on findings and pictures.

Zark was great! I needed new AC and furnace. A tech was here within days, quote was received quickly and I was able to schedule for a time/date that was MY choice. I got several other quotes.....and even scheduling them was tiresome. This company was priced RIGHT!, professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Rob the owner from Zark Heating and Cooling is a very knowledgeable and great person. His crew came and handled my issues w great professionalism and promptness. It’s a great family owned business that you feel not taken advantage of when the work is done. Would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends

My furnace went out in March during a cold spell, and Rob came out within an hour to take a look. Long story short, I ended up needing to either repair my 30year old furnace or buy a new one. Rob and his team were amazing! He kept an open line of communication and his team was very professional the whole time. They completed the project within the time frame stated and cleaned up the area before leaving better than other service people have in the past for various work.

We woke up to a cold house Saturday morning and called Zark Heating and Cooling. Rob contacted us quickly and set up an appointment within hours of our initial conversation. Rob quickly diagnosed the issue and provided us with fair priced quotes for a new furnace to get us back up and running. Rob was professional, honest, informative, and did not try to upsell.

Dan, Caesar, and Alex arrived on time and were professional from the start. They installed a furnace, humidifier and a water heater on the same day. The installs were clean and well done. Once the work was complete, Dan was very informative and took his time explaining how to maintain the new furnace, humidifier, and water heater. I would highly recommend Zark to anyone looking for an honest and quality company.
