Recently had Zark come out to install a whole home humidifer. As always, Customer Service was great, Dan (install technician), did a great job with the install, explained everything about the humidifier including how to change the water panel, and made sure to clean up after the install. Complete professional! Prices are unbeatable and the company is just looking to genuinely help their customers! Customer for life!

Our AC went out after 18 years and Dan came out for Zark for an estimate. He was very professional and on time. Gave a quote in less than a day and was back to install the new Trane equipment about a week later. Faster than anyone else who we called for an estimate. Thanks again for giving our family the much needed AC for this summer! Zark will continue to get my future business.

We contacted 3 different companies for estimates. One never showed up, but Rob showed up when expected, explained everything and gave us an estimate that was more reasonable than the other company. He was upfront and on time. He operated very efficiently, getting the furnace and water heater installed within a relatively short amount of time (for such a big job). He tested everything and explained how everything operated. Everything was neat and clean too. Highly recommend Zark Heating and Cooling! Dependable to the end.

Zark is a reliable company. Anytime I have had issues they were immediately responsive, pricing is more than fair, and quality work. The last time I had them here was for the test and tune of my furnace for winter and my furnace is running better than ever. They were also very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing throughout the process. Rob came out on Sunday to fix my furnace. He was super nice and very informative. He got my furnace up and running but they are coming back out tomorrow to install a new one. He was also very honest which is what most people look for in this type of industry. I would absolutely highly recommend Zark.

Sometimes word of mouth is the best way to connect with a great company. Somebody told me about Rob years ago and I called him. A woman answered the phone and set up an appointment. He was there the next day and fixed my A/C by replacing a leaking coil. The price was great, the service was quick and professional. I was impressed and Zark has done the maintenance on my furnace/air conditioning ever since. I've recommended Zark to my family, friends, and neighbors. I gotta guy.

I had an AC installed today and everyone I've talked to within the company was great. It was two weeks out before I could schedule the installation due to my own schedule and the guy I spoke to was nice enough to look through the forecast to assure me I'd be able to make it that long without losing my mind. A tech was sent to give me an estimate which gave me peace of mind things would be completed as promised. Installation went smoothly and the guys worked well together. Both techs were awesome- very personable and knowledgable. I could tell they enjoyed their jobs and took pride in their work. I initially went with Zark because the cost came in substantially lower than another quote I received and the tech giving me the estimate was so knowledgable but I'm now a loyal customer because of the impeccable service. Thanks guys!!!
