Technician Dan and his apprentice came all the way out to my house in Schererville, IN to address my furnace that was not working. While another company wanted to charge me almost 14k to replace the unit, Dan identified the issue was a burned out board and was able to replace it in a very timely manner and provide suggestions to safely get a little more life out of my current furnace. They worked out in the snow to make sure my house had heat as winter really set in. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Was able to schedule a very reasonable service time. Their representative/technician called prior to arrival which was right on time according to their estimate. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made necessary adjustments. In addition, he checked the outside unit, determined that it was low on Freon and replaced as needed. Very professional and thorough! Would definitely recommend.

Zark is a very dependable, affordable, prompt and supportive Heating and A/C service provider. They replaced our outside unit , did maintenance on new unit, and trouble shot wiring/ thermostat issues. The scheduling was timely, they worked around my schedule, and they gave upfront and affordable quotes for all services. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
