Called Zark this week for service on my furnace. Rob showed up on time, very friendly and with a few adjustments the furnace was up and running. He explained everything he was adjusting, very knowledgeable and great customer service. Zark Heating & Cooling is the only company I would use, highly recommend them.

Zark was great and helped diagnose what was wrong with our heating quickly. I was glad to see that we only needed a cleaning.
Dan was very professional and was gone within an hour and had our house warming up pretty quickly. I signed up to be maintenance client with them to have them come clean my heat and AC unit yearly now. Definitely money well spent and would definitely recommend using them.

Super fast response in freezing weather for heat down. Not only fixed the problem, but made adjustments to the installation (done by others) that made the heat work better than when it was new! Great experience!

Had recommended them as an option to my elderly neighbor after seeing positive reviews. Rob was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He answered all her questions, made her comfortable with her choice (she got multiple quotes as a safety precaution), made she understood everything, etc. I also had my 30 yr old A/C go out as well. Rob discussed my options throughly, addressed all my concerns, and Dan who installed it went above and beyond. His work, professionalism, attention to detail, and his caring attitude to make sure I was happy with the quality of work and with the money spent was outstanding. I like Rob (the owner) but I will definitely ask for Dan for my future service calls as they have a great maintenance program. Thank you to both Rob and Dan for their outstanding service and professionalism. As a business owner myself, I really appreciated the professionalism and family oriented atmosphere.

Very professional. Punctual. Very comparable pricing. Great service. The only reason it's a 4 star was an issue that they unplugged sump pump to plug in their equipment and did not plug it back it and we overflowed in our basement.

Rob and the team at Zark are the best! After getting quotes from 5 other vendors not only did they give me the best bang for my buck but were also responsive via phone, email, and text to answer all my questions, even after hours. Zark is honest, upfront, and isn't there to upsell you like many others do. They gave me their honest recommendation and steered in the right direction for my home and situation. I was recommended to them by my father in law and will be doing the same for my friends and family.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the installation of our new furnace and a/c unit. Zark Heating was absolutely wonderful to work with. Very responsive to my questions and their communication with me was outstanding!!! Dan was always very responsive and informative, no matter how busy he was.

I had an opportunity to work with Zark Heating and Cooling. My service technician was Dan. Dan not only fixed the tankless water heater, he walked me through how to clean out the water heater and optimize the settings. The recommendation is to clean the hot water heater at least once a year. Mine was not cleaned in 5. I would use them every year to review my water heater. Dan did a thorough job, great to deal with and smart guy. I recently had my tank filled and he showed me a valve I did not even know I had. Zark was also able to get him here one day early. Top notch company!!!!!
