Zark did an excellent job at the best price around of installing a new a/c unit! The crew was on time and finished earlier than expected. Rob was very responsive to questions and accommodating about pricing. The job was done neatly and effectively. Only negative (which wasn’t Zark’s fault) was our inability to finance the work through their lender, Wells Fargo, in spite of our responsible credit record (still unsure why). I HIGHLY recommend Zark!

I texted Rob at 1:30 this morning in tears, not only did he text me back at 5:30am he was patient with me while I rambled off what I thought was wrong with our furnace. I have three young children so I was obviously quite upset. Rob told me he would be out as soon as possible. After Rob arrived at our house he looked me and my husband in the eye and promised us he would not leave our house until we had heat. He stayed true to his word staying at our house for over 6 hours to make sure my babies were at their home for Christmas. I will forever be grateful to Rob for taking the time to work on this project for as long as he did bc not many people would have! We are Zark customers for life! Thank you Rob!!!

I called to make an appointment. They were out the same day. They worked quickly and the price was right in line. I'll not only use them again but will highly recommend them.

From start to finish, Zark was great to work with on getting a new HVAC system and water heater. Bill Jacobs was patient and thorough in answering our questions. Rob Bogda was great in setting up a quick install. We especially appreciated the advice, thoroughness and care that Dan Leja provided when doing our installation. His work was outstanding!
