Extremely fast service called a Thursday morning and Dan L was out Thursday afternoon. Dan was very knowledgeable and gave great advice which helped me to choose a new furnace system. Less than a week later the new furnace was installed and Dan was timely and did great work! Really good experience with Rob who helped with the financing process too!

Great customer service.quick response to emergency situation Dan Leja came to our home fixed the problem with in an hour. Explained the issue Dan had a great attitude very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. So happy they were able to come as quickly as they did since the weather was below zero. Dan knew exactly what the problem was.

Shortly after I left a message for service, I heard from Zark to set up an appointment. Dan arrived on time, introduced himself, gave an explanation of the service he would provide. Basic charges were discussed and if an issue arose, he would let me know. Maintenance completed, Dan provided some suggestions regarding a humidifier. He was knowledgeable about the benefits of installing a humidifier.

We had water leaking from air conditioning condenser and needed a long overdue tuneup of our furnace. Zark was quick to reply to us and came out the next day. They were prompt and fixed our issue. We found them very knowledgeable.

Our Heat went out in the middle of the night Rob contacted us a very short time after we texted. Rob came right out and made the repairs. He was so nice and professional. Highly recommend and we will definitely be using them for all our maintenance needs.

We had a Whole House Humidifier unit installed by Zark Heating and Cooling. Both Dan and John were knowledgeable and professional. They completed the installation and gave us instructions on how to operate and maintain the new humidifier. We also purchased the scheduled check up and cleaning service for our furnace and air conditioner.
