We first used Zark in Gardner for a furnace tune-up and vent repair. It's an old house and had some special challenges, but they handled it all like a champ. Then we signed up for the annual maintenance plan to have regular checkups for the furnace and A/C. Each technician who came out to the house was professional and gave us a full report on the system. When a repair was needed, they did an excellent job for a fair price. After a good experience in Gardner, we began using Zark in Shorewood. A local competitor had come to check the A/C for a discounted rate, but they gave us a diagnosis that didn't seem right to us. So we asked Zark to come and do a check up for us. Zark's diagnosis did not require a huge outlay (as the other company had recommended), and we continued to use Zark successfully until we sold the house in Shorewood. I would highly recommend them. (Especially, we love Bill the technician for the super work he does!)

On one of the coldest nights our heater stopped working properly. Called early this morning. Got a text almost immediately and Dan was out to look at it almost 2 hrs sooner than expected.
It was thankfully a simple fix and Dan got it up and running quickly. He explained everything and gave great tips to keep it from happening again. Bonus was the price was very reasonable.
Would highly recommend Zark!

After reading all of the other good reviews here and on Facebook, I decided to call them when my heat would not stay on. It was a fast, easy phone call (I hate making phone calls), they were on time and diagnosed my problem and reset my furnace and we were good to go. I will definitely call them for a quote on a new system.

Dan from Zark was great. I had made several calls for service through other places. With it being Christmas they all said they were open but couldn’t get a tech out until tomorrow morning. Zark not only sent someone out, but Dan was prompt and efficient. Having our heat go out on Christmas was horrible especially since we were hosting Dinner. But Zark and Dan definitely made our Christmas Better 🌲

Zark is an all around great business that provides excellent customer service. They are very responsive and professional in everything they do.

I had them come repair my furnace along with replace my water heater. I want to specifically call out Dan L and his team that installed my water heater. He was very knowledgable and answered all the questions I had. They were efficient but also took their time to make sure they did everything the right way.

This company is tops in customer service, timely installation and repair and fair pricing. The labor they provide is highly skilled and very impressive. Don’t bother comparing, they are the BEST!!
