Very helpful breaking down what issues we were having and best ways to make sure we get the best value. Ken, Justin and Rob arrived as scheduled, to install my new A/C unit and explained everything to me that was going to be done. They let me know that it will be a little noisy which was fine and gave me a window of 4-6hrs for completion. They were done sooner than the estimated time and the work was done very professionally. They cleaned up behind themselves as well. Ken walked me through and explained everything that was done. I felt the different immediately. Ken also explained to me what to do in the winter to keep my A/C unit protected. My husband and I will definitely be using them for all future needs.

Ryan came out to take a look at our A/C unit. He was professional, very thorough, and took the time to explain everything he found. He also installed a new component really quickly. Excellent experience overall.

TR Miller was recommended to me by a friend in my area. I submitted an inquiry at 9:30 am about my AC being out, and someone was able to come out by a little after 11:00 am. My technician was Juan and he was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and quick to get my unit up and running before it got too hot. He explained things to me (who knows nothing about heating and cooling) in a way that I could understand, and had no problem answering my extra questions. I was in need of AC system repair and did research on reviews for a company in my area that had good ratings. TR Miller seemed to have the best reviews and comparable rates on the local Next Door Web site. So, I made an appointment for Service. Cynthia J. was the technician that showed up on time. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I explained to her what I had diagnosed as being the problem with the compressor not engaging due to low system pressure. She proceeded to pressure test the system and found the leak within ten minutes. She documented the info for warranty coverage on the replacement A Coil that was covered by Warranty. I also had her clean the outside condenser coils, since she had the unit apart. She did an outstanding job on everything, and was a pleasure to work with. Cynthia offered the VIP membership plan, which I signed up for. It provided an instant discount on services that she performed and for the install crew to come out and replace the A coil. I am glad I chose TR Miller for my repairs, and they were well represented by their Technician Cynthia J. Job Well done.
Drew and his install crew were then scheduled for the next day to install a replacement coil and re-charge the system.
Drew and his crew showed up within the timeframe that was quoted. I received a call providing updates when he was expected to arrive. Even though it was a Friday late afternoon, the crew stayed into the evening to complete the repair. Drew and his crew were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I thought that the project would take longer than expected with having to replace the A coil, test for leaks, vacuum test the system, and recharge the system with refrigerant. They completed the project faster than I had expected. System is working great and I am glad I chose TR Miller for fixing my Central Air System. Job well done to Cynthia for isolating the issue and Drew and his crew for installing the new parts, along with the entire staff at TR Miller.

Our technicians Paul, Jason and Raymond was awesome. They all showed up on time, professional and took time to go over all our options with furnace and water heater needs. They was able to get the fan going on our furnace and presented us with our options. They did not just say "you need a new furnace" which we really do. Regardless of that, they offered to replace the main circuit board which would resolve our issue. Now, we just need to evaluate which route we want to go. Manny was very thorough and explained things perfectly for me to understand in what needed to happen to fix the issue. Constantly asking if I had any questions through out the way and I really appreciated the time he took during the visit even though he knew what the issue was he searched the whole unit to make sure everything else was up to par.

I had a plumbing issue and Christopher D. From TR Miller came out. He was very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He fixed my issue and gave me an estimate on a future project. Pricing is very reasonable!! This was my first time using their service and I would highly recommend them!

Anthony B, arrived on time and was very professional. Anthony explained all my options from repair to replacing my unit. He went over the VIP service as well. I was very pleased with his service and very happy to have a cool home again. Anthony also was able to look up pricing for a hot water tank replacement as well. Ray and Ryan serviced my parents home and were exceptionally thorough, helpful and nice! Their attention to detail was helpful so that we could understand the health of our HVAC system and any potential repairs we may want to consider.
