The entire staff was Professional, Polite, and worked well together to install an entire HVAC system in one day. My widowed mother was having problems with her faucet. The TR tech Raymond who came to help was super friendly and super helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Howie came out to fix a problem I had with my toilet not being level. Unfortunately the contractor I used did not level the floor when he put down new tile. Howie suggested that we use shims and avoid a costly redo of the floor. He was very professional and provided excellent service above and beyond.

Called TR Miller to come and look at my furnace because it had stopped working. They sent out a technician Kyle that came out ASAP to examine the equipment and help. Kyle was knowledgeable and fair and helped us understand what was wrong. Unfortunately Kyle made us aware of a bigger problem that needed to be addressed. He recommended we get a quote to replace the furnace. We agreed and TR Miller sent out Kevin on the same day. Kevin examined our equipment and presented us with options to look at. He explained everything and was very professional and informative. We decided on an option and opted to replace the whole furnace and AC unit. The next day Steve and his team came out to do the install.
The entire crew was knowledgeable, professional, and spoke plainly to us so we understood what was being done. I will use TR Miller and their team in the future for all of my home repair needs.

Replaced a part of a kitchen pipe in the crawl space. Very dirty work. They were pleasant and professional. Had to get parts in the middle of the work and didn't act like it was a big deal! Great work done!

I had a leaky gas valve going to my water heater. TR Miller dispatched Jesse C. and he came right over. It was nice to know when he was actually on his way rather than waiting on a window.
He spotted the exact location of the leak quickly, quoted me a fair price and got right to work.
While he was here I asked him about a few other oddities around my home that were concerning and he gave me perspective on what I could change and what would be involved. He also volunteered some ideas on improvements to consider without being pushy about it.
I will definitely need more work done on this house and I will continue to do business with them.
