Mike E. was very thorough in his inspection and was very knowledge. He took the time to explain everything. He resolved the air flow issue in our family room. I wasn't aware that this company also has a plumbing department. With his attention to detail, he was able to spot a sperate plumbing matter that needed attention asap.

Raymond was excellent and we greatly appreciated his professionalism and superb warm personality beyond measure!!

Raymond was out to fix my garbage disposal the same day I called for an appointment. He was polite and efficient. I would recommend and use again.

I called TR Miller and spoke with a really polite person named Brianna who was very helpful and nice. She scheduled an appointment for a tech to come out to quote me on a Toilet installation and a Water Heater Installation.

Everything was going really well until Joey P the technician showed up. I first had him look at my toilet and explained that I would provide the toilet and all I needed a quote on was labor. He wouldn't give me a price and then went downstairs to look at the water heater. I have a standard 40 gallon water heater. He looked at the water heater and went into his sales pitch that no other company does a water heater replacement right but their company does. I listened to his speech and asked him for the price. He got quiet and stared at his screen for 5 minutes and finally gave me his outrageous prices .

The price for the labor of installing the toilet (I would provide the new toilet) was $700. I have a small round basic toilet. I asked him how long the job would take and he said less then an hour. When I told him that was really high and google had the price range for labor from $300-$500 he then got upset and started telling me that well i would have to pay for talking to the customer serve rep on the phone earlier and that is factored into the price. I actually run a business and I have never said anything that silly to another human being in my entire life.

The price of the water heater was $2700 before taxes which I've been quoted out by 2 other companies and that is $1100 higher then both other quotes I received.

I had to pay $80 dollars to be insulted and then when I told Joey these prices were too high, he started to argue with me in my house. If you don't mind paying double what everyone else charges and want to be talked to like you're dumb, use this company. I would recommend you save your $80 and go to a reasonable plumbing company

For right now, we have heat. But, in the future we will be working with this company. Lucas is a great tech with tons of knowledge. They are not a pushy, sales company but, will give you options to make an educated decision if and when you need a new system.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone! They were professional, knowledgeable, and prompt in their response and installation. From my initial call, our ejection pump and check valve were fully inspected and replaced within 24 hours!
