Howie is the best plumber ever!!! He arrived on time, he’s very patient, and he has a vast knowledge of plumbing. I would truly recommend Howie to all my friends and family.

I called to get my RPZ checked and was able to schedule an appointment the day I needed. Jesse came out and was able to do the check and answered any questions that I had. Would definitely use again.

Manny was early, very professional and courteous. He was extremely knowledgeable and always asked if I had any questions after he explained and showed me what he was doing

Service was done well, technician was nice and arrived on time. The complaint we have is that he was not careful at all and damaged our wall which now requires repairs.

3/10 Update: TR Miller contacted me immediately about this issue. The wall repair company just left and did a great job fixing the issue. I am now upgrading from 3 stars to 5 on my review.

Bought a house and within 2 days our plumbing lines were backing up. Contacted the office who was professional and prompt with sending out a tech. Johnny B was phenomenal! Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. As a 1st time home buyer we will be calling them for any future service needs for plumbing or HVAC. Thank you for coming to our rescue today!

Raymond was awesome! He came and resolved an issue that no other company was able to assist with in less than an hour.

Had a plumbing scare. Called these guys yesterday evening, they were here first thing in the morning next day. Could have completed the project/fix, costing me over a grand but showed me that I could probably fix this myself for $20. Really appreciate the transparency being a first time homeowner.

Raymond & Christopher are both personable & professional & explained things very well. They found serious fungus growth in my basement & got me in touch with help for that. I think they saved my life!

They each took the time to explain the problems I was having with my boiler system and provided multiple solutions. I received multiple calls prior to their arrival from TR Miller’s call/dispatch center, with ETAs and courtesy reminders that my service request had not been forgotten. Excellent customer service on all fronts. I could not be happier with their service as a whole.
