Andrew was curtious. However he was unable to find the source of system vibration and noise in air conditioning unit. He left with no repairs or adjustments done.

Dave and the other technician were very polite , professional, fast and accurate. Very please with the service of this company. Definitely will recommend it.

We were having issues with our heating and decided to give them a call. Company had Cynthia at our home within an hour. Cynthia was very kind and professional. She took her time evaluating our furnace and explained everything as she went. Very happy with the service we received and will definitely continue to use them in the future.

I had a water standing in my crawl space underneath my house TR Miller sent joey out to take look at it he was very knowledgeable on sewerage and backup he was very professional he got straight to the source and really appreciate him very nice guy.

Being in the construction industry professionally I have never experienced a more professional company as TR Miller from installation to even coming out to repair a minor situation at my mom's house. They have shown not only their experience but also time to explain their findings as well as kindness upon entering a home. Great company to work with and a definite recommendation to others.

Let's start with Kyle who was the original repair person to come out to repair the old furnace. Kyle was pleasant, professional, courteous and informative. First thing he did was to inspect the furnace. All during his inspection he showed us the bad areas in the furnace and explained why they were bad. It was determined that the furnace could not be repaired because of the extensive issues with it. So we decided to get a new furnace. So the next morning Dan came out to give us an estimate on a new furnace. Again Dan was pleasant, informative and courteous. He answered all of our questions regarding the furnace replacement and the company. The next morning the installation crew came out (Luis & Sam). They were pleasant, courteous and very informative about the furnace, installation and operation. They kept a clean work area throughout the installation process to avoid any tripping/slipping hazards. They worked well as a team during tge entire process. They were very respectful and answered all of our questions. They explained the operation of the furnace and preventative maintenance clearly and answered all follow-up questions we had. The left the work area clean after the work was completed. I can say without hesitation, we were pleased from start to finish. Kyle, Dan, Luis and Sam. Job well done! Two thumbs up 👍🏾👍🏾

This is the third time we have used this company for plumbing matters. TR Miller is very professional and efficient getting a plumber out as quickly as possible. Jessie was the plumber sent for the service call. He was outstanding! This was the 2nd time we’ve worked with him. Very thorough, professional, and pleasant to work with which you don’t get often with plumbers. I would highly recommend.
