    I had such a positive experience with RCM. This company went above and beyond to help us with our pool heater. Chris squeezed us in despite having a backlog of customers on a Saturday morning (holiday weekend too) because our pool heater was out of service. We had a pool party planned that weekend as well as one for our son’s birthday party that was the coming weekend. She is personable, extremely attentive and runs an excellent HVAC company. Her seasoned technician, Randy, is excellent at what he does. Very well versed and on time. I highly recommend RCM for any of your HVAC/pool heater needs.

    The day I called RCM it was 94 degrees outside and 96 degrees in my house. They were quick to pick up and were able to dispatch a technician to my house within 3 hours. Jeff showed up and was awesome. He was quickly able to diagnose what was wrong with the AC unit and fix it within an hour or so. Immediately the house started to cool down and everything felt comfortable again within a few hours. He even went above and beyond to give us tips on maintenance, how to better regulate the air flow with dampers, and was extremely genuine and personable the entire time. If you are looking for timely help, a great price, and great service call RCM.

    Jeff is always a pleasure to work with. So respectful and honest. We love RCM and will only use them for futures purchases and their maintenance program is great.

    Had an emergency during the polar vortex, and after one call to RCM Jeff was at the house in 20 mins. Jeff had been working non stop on emergency calls for about 4 days and he still insisted on getting our new water heater installed immediately rather than waiting till Monday. They are always on time, courteous, they promptly respond to any inquiry (a rare thing in the service industry sometimes) and they are honest and fair. I am grateful for their integrity. Thanks Joe, Jeff and everyone at RCM. You guys are the height of excellence!

    Our furnace stopped working on a cold Sunday morning and RCM had a technician at our house within 1 hour of calling. Jeff and Randy are two RCM technicians we’ve had service our home and both have been great. I recommend RCM to anyone with heating and cooling needs.

    We requested a furnace recheck as part of the annual tune-up. Randy came out and thoroughly checked everything and made some necessary adjustments and corrections. He did an outstanding job as always.

    RCM installed a wall furnace in my garage. They did an excellent job! Explained everything as they worked. Very knowledgeable. Hauled away all the old equipment and packaging. Made sure everything was working properly before they left. Extremely satisfied! Will definitely be using them for our heating and ac needs.

He was very knowledgable and when I asked a question, he took his time to explain what he was doing and checking. I've always had good experiences when using RCM. The company being local is a huge advantage as well.

    I decided to use RCM after reading so many five star reviews that were posted, I was not disappointed. On Sunday afternoon I left an email describing my non emergency furnace issue and a couple of dates that would work for me. I got a response from Joe on Monday for an appointment on Tuesday morning. On Tuesday Jeff, the service tech, called me to let me know he was going to be here a half hour early. While diagnosing the issue I called about Jeff was friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing and what needed to be done. I am glad I decided to use RCM and have added them to my phone for any further HVAC problems.
