My air conditioner stopped working a week ago and I was afraid I would need a new unit. I was so happy to hear it was just a small repair and Randy went above and beyond, could not have been more polite or helpful. I would recommend him to anyone in need of repair.

I was very pleased with the service I received to fix my pool heater. I will definately all on RCM Heating for future services. Although Ididn't get to meet the service tech that came out, he was respectful of my property and cleaned up what ever mess he had to make to get my heater going again.

Called RCM on one of the coldest days of the year at 2:30pm, and they set me up for an appt. at 4:00 the same day. Our furnace was completely out at this time. Randy called to say he was going to be a little late, which was very courteous. Not only did he tune up the furnace, he showed me several of the parts, what to watch for to make sure things keep working well, and even took a picture on his phone to show me a problem I couldn't see otherwise. Randy also checked our vents and cleaned out a clogged one for me. He went above and beyond, educating us about how to get the most out of our furnace. Price was a deal, I had a coupon, and you just can't beat RCM's trustworthiness.

My Boiler stopped working.
Was assigned 1 rep who could not make it to my residence in the time window that was provided to me, so he called to update and then advised maybe another rep can come out. Then that 2nd rep called me to say he can come out earlier than the previous rep. I love being in the loop on these things especially when my only source of heat is not working.
The rep was friendly and professional, Jeff. He realized our flue was backed up due to partially collapsed cover on the roof. He requested to perform maintenance on the boiler and all has been well since then.
Pricing is fair.

I was having an issue with my pool heater. I called and spoke with one of their service reps. He told me that I am out of their area for service,
which I knew I was. He spent 20 min on the phone asking questions and then hearing my response then his answers. He didn’t have to waste any of his time and for that thank you I appreciate the advice and customer service when you didn’t have to. Great customer service wish I lived closer!!

Fast and friendly service! Highly recommend RCM Heating & Cooling for your furnace problems. They came out same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very satisfied with their work.

RCM Heating & Cooling were very professional and helpful. They carefully checked my water heater, furnace and A/C and made needed repairs. They even provided helpful suggestions for maintenance.

We have used RCM for all three of our house and have always had great service. Will continue to use them for annual maintenance and anything else that comes up.

I think these guys ripped us off. We are an elderly couple and i told my husband to call the guys that did our hvac installation. He called rcm. Anyway charged 154dollars for a checkup on 2 yr old ac. Ripoff.
