Randy did an amazing job. He took the time to show me what was going on and what needed to be fixed/cleaned with my furnace. I will definitely have RCM back out to check my AC unit in the summer. If you need an honest company that thoroughly inspects your Heating and/or AC unit you need to call RCM.

Jeff installed a humidifier for our furnace. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through operations and maintenance after the installation. Communicating with RCM's office and setting up the appointment was also very simple and everything went smoothly.

We have used RCM Heating & Cooling for many years, and we are very happy with them. We've worked with Jeff, Randy, Joe, and Bill on issues at our home as well as a family member's home. They are very nice, helpful, honest, reasonably priced, and they do a great job. We highly recommend them.

I called late in the day because my AC stopped working. Someone called me right back and Jeff was at my house within an hour. Told him it stopped and house fan wouldn't kick on, he knew right away to start with my furnace and he found the problem right away. He still check the entire unit to he sure there were no other problems. Thorough, knowledgeable and timely, very impressed with this company! Would highly recommend.

Love RCM Heating! The company is very professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. The technicians are prompt, courteous, and precise. Our technician Randy has also given us simple tips we can try to save money by helping our furnace and air conditioner work more efficiently.

Randy came to our house at the time they said he would and is very professional.
We have had him come for preventative maintenance and when we where having
a problem with our furnace. He found the problem and repaired it quickly.
He has also serviced our air conditioner for several years.
