Randy came out on memorial day earlier than the appointment. He was very professional and courteous. He got our A/C up and running in an hour and a half. RCM will be our go-to HVAC company.

We were new to the area and read some reviews and decided to use RCM. It turns out it was a really great decision. A furnace, water heater and two sump pumps later, we could not be happier with the honesty and work ethic of the staff that came out to our house.

My husband and I had Randy our for a service call. He did a very thorough cleaning and maintenance of our furnace and we would recommend using RCM and will continue to use them as needed.

Jeff called ahead of time and said he would arriving in 15 minutes and he did. He was very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable in his field. He worked efficiently and answered all of my questions. He is definitely an asset to your firm.

Bill answered the phone early in the morning and had Randy out to the house in about an hour. Randy has been our tech for 10 years and I doubt we’ll ever find a nicer man to welcome to our home. These are the people to call for maintenance, repair, or replacement if you are in the Frankfort area.

The technician Jeff came out to inspect my air conditioning that was not working. Jeff was on time and very professional. He took his time and explained and showed me the problem with my air conditioner. I highly recommend RCM heating and cooling.

Can't beat these guys ! I was using another firm out of Joliet and their quality of service was maybe a 1 star. I own a Auto Facility and we're very big on customer satisfaction and we're very technical. So when a repair man comes out and doesn't pull a Volt meter out or gauges I get nervous.

A technician for RCM named Jeff showed up and talk about impressive service and in my opinon one of the most honest and knowledgebale HVAC guys I've seen. Not sure who the owner is but fear not when calling this company. No big up selling, quick diagnoses and quality work for a fair price. Thank you RCM for restoring my faith !!! You have my business!!

Jeff reviewed my problem description and checked all possibilities and did a tune up of the system.. He also gave us some signs to look for and if the issue continued, how to follow up. We have had no issues since that day>
