    Lance is very professional. He answered all our questions and was very patient in walking me through the new smart device as well as helping me pair it with Alexa. John, Lance, and Louis went above and beyond to assure we were happy with our installations. We are also very thankful to Louis who stepped up when our neighbor was yelling for help. Saved our neighbors life. Yes, I recommend them!

    Kennedy was awesome! She had us scheduled for a repair appointment, same day, in only a couple of hours. Justin arrived and knew exactly what was wrong with the unit and how to get us up and running with heat, quickly. We will be making an appointment Monday for a full replacement! Way to go team!!!     My furnace went out overnight. CM heating was able to come out the same day and get the furnace working. Kevin was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of good tips to keep my system working well. I plan on having this company install a new system.

    We bought our first home and it had a super old fireplace that never worked safely. When we had a cold snap and it was 16 degrees outside, our house was 44 degrees!! We set up a consultation with CM Heating and within a week we had a brand new fireplace and we are waking up to 66 degrees instead of the normal 52. It's incredible! They were fast fun guys who finished the job in half a day and our dog loved them!

    UPDATE: Just hours after I posted this review, the GM called us and apologized for all the issues we were having and got us scheduled for a replacement installation for just a couple days later (before Christmas). We were so appreciative of her efforts to make this happen for us and know it was difficult given the storm and weather conditions that week. The team came out and replaced our heat pump and were friendly and considerate. Unfortunately as soon as the temps dropped below 35 again, the new unit froze up. We again communicated with Kailana (GM) who responded to us on Christmas saying she would have her best tech out the coming Tuesday (after Christmas) that was fine with us as once the temps were back in the high 30’s and 40’s, the unit worked. Finally, another tech came out and diagnosed the issue that the sensor for defrost mode was placed incorrectly. We haven’t had any problems since and I want to give credit to CM for responding to our issue and doing their best during a tricky time to make it right. The only reason I’m not upping this to 4 stars is there were just so many issues and though it seems like we were the recipients of some bad luck/bad equipment, we still received a lot of conflicting information and advice from technicians and feel that the sensor issue should have been caught during installation to avoid the last tech having to come out.

    Luke and Geoffrey came over to perform maintenance on our home's furnace and were on time, polite, helpful and took the time to explain in details the installation of our equipment and the checks they were doing. I am delighted by the service they provided and highly recommend.
    On a separate visit, CJ took great care of our fireplace in need of some care.

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Kyle Hubbard who did an outstanding job repairing my furnace. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience and provide a review of the great work he did.

    First and foremost, Kyle was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in his field. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace and explained the problem to me in a clear and understandable way. He then provided me with a detailed breakdown of the repair work that needed to be done, including an estimate of the costs involved. I appreciated his transparency and honesty throughout the entire process. He worked efficiently and effectively, but never rushed through the job.

    In addition to his technical skills, he was also friendly and personable. He was respectful of my home and took care to clean up after the job was done.

    Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the work done by Kyle Hubbard. His knowledge, expertise, and professionalism are truly top-notch. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of furnace repairs, and I will definitely be using the services again in the future. Thank you for a job well done!

    Details:
    Based the overwhelmingly positive reviews, I scheduled a maintenance visit for my Bryant heat pump and gas furnace. Communication around scheduling and what to expect was great with detailed messaging on what to expect and prompt arrival during the scheduled time window. The actual maintenance was a pleasant experience with the technicians conducting activities that one would expect for a maintenance visit (checking operating status, cleaning, taking pictures etc...). However, what happened afterwards was completely unexpected and left me with deep dissatisfaction. The maintenance happened on 6/14 2023 for which I paid $419.17 total including tax. During the early hours of 6/19 2023 (only 5 days after the maintenance) my thermostat indicated that it has lost communication with the outdoor unit (heat pump). This never happened before. As my heat pump stopped working completely, I called CM heating during their office hours and they sent out a technician to take a look at it after 2 days (6/21). The technician informed me that based on the diagnostics the control board of the unit failed and they were going to look into options that would be best to get it replaced. Today (6/23), I get a follow up call informing me that the replacement cost for the control board is going to be $2,800 plus tax and that is the only option for me to get it fixed. No mention of offering a refund for the maintenance nor adjustments due to the fact that this happened so close to the maintenance. I thought equipment maintenance was conducted to prevent these types of issues, but they insisted that the timing of events are pure coincidence and that nothing they've done during the maintenance would've led to the control board failure ( even though they exposed the control board during the maintenance process). Charging me for maintenance that leads to equipment failure within a WEEK of service and also not showing any effort to address this issue and quoting $2,800 for the fix as the only option certainly does not convey a sense they are doing their best for their customers.

    He was quick to assess the problem and fix it, this time was pretty easy for him. But he also gave me tips on how to prevent it in the future. Big help great service.
