CM Heating

CM Heating is awesome! Everyone I interacted with had great spirits about them and seemed like they really enjoyed the work that they do. Steven Camp sold me a great system that is perfect for my home and Trent Bickford and crew installed it perfectly. Turn around time from consultation to installation was one day which is extremely fast. The entire process from start to finish was handled professionally with great respect for my time and my home. I will definitely be recommending CM Heating to all of my friends and
family.

Since that initial job I've had them install a ductless heat pump system at another location as well as a new furnace at my primary residence. The work done was of high quality and the staff was extremely friendly. I highly recommend CM heating!

Lucas did a great job sharing details and explain what he was discovering about the problem our heater was having. When you can understand the problem trust is high. He was super friendly, very communicative and very professional. These guys with CM Heating are as good as what friends who recommended them have said. Prices were very reasonable. They will be my “go to” heating service company now. I’m very pleased!

Once again we had another great experience with CM Heating. We’ve used other groups on and off over the years, but always find ourselves returning to use CM. The techs are always responsive, timely, incredibly professional and patient. They take the time to explain and answer any questions we have about our equipment. We have had other companies who tried to upsell us or convince us our heater was on its last legs, and we have never had that experience with CM. Highly recommend!

I called about five providers in the last few weeks and CM Heating was above and beyond the most responsive and efficient. Josh was fantastic – he showed up on time and was very kind and informative. He put some serious elbow grease in to cleaning our outside unit and was a wealth of information. We require a consultation for a new unit and Josh called while he was here to schedule and ensure that all information was relayed to the tech before they arrive for the consult (what a relief). The maintenance plan (in comparison to other providers) seems like a fantastic deal and we will likely join. Overall a great service experience.

This was my second time working with CM Heating. Dan Kelso was the tech that came out today and he was phenomenal. I got a call from the office staff the day before giving me an arrive window for the tech, and the morning of the appointment the company sent me a text with a bio of the tech, his picture, and an office phone number to call if I encountered any issues. All made me feel incredibly secure having someone in my home. Dan then sent a message and a call when he was on his way. He came in, put booties on his shoes, and gave me a layout of what he was going to look at. Incredible professional and nice. At no point was I pressured into anything even with admitting that HVAC is not my wheel house. He recommended one repair which he completed quickly and efficiently. He also gave me professional recommendations on next steps for the longevity of my heat pump. Thank you to CM Heating and Dan, I truly appreciate your time and care in my home.

We had Dane B. Come out first to troubleshoot our old furnace. He was honest and thorough and we decided to replace our old furnace instead of repair. They were able to come the next day! Michael did a great install, cleaned up and made sure all questions were answered. Very happy and would definitely recommend!

Knew my 22-year-old furnace was nearing the end and was interested in a heat pump for cooling after the last 3 summers with over 100 degree days INSIDE my home. Called and scheduled maintenance for the furnace and my technician didn't call within the 4-hour window provided. I called the office to see what was up and maybe cancel - I'm sure glad I didn't. They squared away the issue and the tech came later when I was available. Super-knowledgeable, friendly and answered my questions, confirming my suspicions that a replacement was inevitable.

Scheduled a consultation with Scott, who was very communicative, earnest and thorough. Elected to go with a heat pump and emergency furnace. They were available to install the next day but worked with my availability. Thier automated system for quotes, receipts, notifications were all professional and seamless. The system I chose was not the cheapest, but they were up front with the costs, guaranteed their work for a long time, and I never got the impression they were trying to take advantage of me. Their financing options were fair and easy to apply for, and I never felt confused about what was going on. They applied for all necessary permits for the work they were doing.

On the day of the install (today), electricians and installers were on time, friendly, competent, considerate and professional. They walked me through the whole process and were available when I had questions. They cleaned up after themselves and were each in their own right terrific representatives of the company.

Before working with CM Heating I had been really starting to believe that, in general, genuine customer service was a dying enterprise. I know it sounds like I'm overstating, but my experience with this company genuinely helped restore a little bit of my faith in humanity. I can't recommend them enough.

Worked with Jay Milo who I found gave me and excellent deal. I wanted a local company that sold quality products, understood professionalism, could get the job done quickly. My experience from sale, to installation and how hard they worked to add furnace/Heat pump in one day really impressed me. I feel I got a more than fair deal and great value for the cost of having the system installed. My experience from beginning to end were incredible. I highly recommend this company.

I hired CM heating to run ducts from our existing furnace to a new addition. Lyle, Hunter, Logan, and Kyle gave us great advice and made careful choices along the way to ensure our system would heat the new space effectively. They went above and beyond for a really competitive rate. I will gladly hire them again in the future.

I was kept updated of her ETA from the time the appointment was made until arrival. That is much better than waiting and waiting without knowing so I could plan my day. Very professional and courteous service. Kept us updated as she worked. We are more than satisfied with her as our tech.
We vote for Theresa for employee of the year!! She also didn’t let our little dog’s barking at her disturb her. 🐾
