I have so many thanks to all who helped install my new heat pump. John was the electrician. He was kind and professional. He was great!
I had two installers, Tre and Josh. They were very patient with me and all my questions. I was extremely pleased with them. chad and Nick also came out to do more electrical.
I am so excited to have my new heat pump. CM is the best

We chose CM Heating as they have just finished installing at my daughters house and did a great job. similarly here everything went very well, Hunter our installer was awesome and explained everything. They completed this install in one day and it works very well, the house has never been so cosy. Thank you CM Heating.

I’ve used CM for two houses for furnace and WH maintenance and replacement. 5 star service and John the owner was great!

Next issue I got a quote on couple years ago. I called a month ago that someone needed to call me back. Enter my displeasure with Heidi in service. She calls back, the call ends before I even got what I wanted. Does she call back? Of course not! I call back and get VM.
Life gets in the way, few weeks later I email I’m still interested, same issue, please return my call since Heidi can’t seem to. Sure enough, I get another quote and call two days later from, you guessed it, Heidi! For FOUR TIMES the original quote!
I immediately call to ask why?! Heidi says that’s what the tech gave me. Ok, but why? Where’s the breakdown of the costs? She says that’s just what he said it is. Our prices have gone up. I understand inflation but I’m a repeat customer and I have the original quote right here. She says that’s just our prices. I can schedule service for you if you’d like. I said no I don’t want service before someone explains to me the price increase. She says well someone can call you back in 24-48 hours. Is there anything else I can do? I said I highly doubt you’ll relay the message.

GUESS WHAT??!?! It’s been been 9 days and haven’t heard from anyone! Since CM has expanded from the small office on Broadway, service is junk! Techs are good once they finally arrive. But the office staff especially Heidi, all needs to go!

The furnace was making the same noise as before Alex came out. Called CM back and they sent out another technician, Zach.
The noise, after a consistent 3 weeks, stops the day before he arrives.
Alex still performs a complete repeat service. Took pictures of fan where noise might have been coming from, to show it was very clean.

The technician, Alex came out. Checked all of the components on our furnace. Changed the filter. Showed us some concerns about our ducting and provided advice and a recommendation to get that resolved.
Very professional. Very helpful. Very informative.

CM Heating did an excellent job from the first person who came put and talked us through our new HVAC systems options to the installers and most recently, Tobin, who came out and inspected a potential problem I reported and provided a ton of great information so we can optimize efficiency and longevity of our systems. Everyone has been really great to work with.

Christian and his team came out to install the new system we purchased. It is a difficult attic install. They were all very professional and friendly. Christian explained the job every step of the way. They protected my carpet and cleaned up after the job was complete. Christian noticed my grandson was sensative to noise and he was so caring about. I really appreciated that.
When the job was complete Christian showed me pictures and explained in detail the whole project.
Our whole experience with CM heating has been wonderful and I highly recommend them.

The service tech is great! He is professional and explained all the work to be performed beforehand and was very clean with his work and mindful of our home. Antonio went over all the performed work he did again and gave me an overall assessment of our equipment and sent pictures of everything. CM Heating is the absolute best!!
