Jake arrived on time and got right to work to replace my furnace. He was personable, professional, and hard working. He installed the new furnace and thermostat and went over everything I needed to know. He was a delight to have as a service tech, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. I had my inspection today with the county inspector and everything was approved. CM Heating exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Highly recommend work with CM Heating and Kyle especially. He is straight forward, honest and lets you know what should be done. Kyle offered many options without being pushy. With the backing of his company, warranties, products and great communication we decide to move forward with CM. They were slightly higher cost than other quotes but you get what you pay for.

We just had our first annual maintenance check for our heater (free the first year). Chris (pictured below) was friendly, did a great job, and explained everything very well. He gave us several tips that will help extend the life of our heater, and showed us how to save money on any future repairs. All our contact with this company has been very positive. It's great too that they contribute to the Make a Wish Foundation of Alaska and Washington!

Sean did a wonderful job explaining and helping me choose my options for a A/C unit for my Horne. I had a few bids before CM heating and he blew the competition away. Thanks Sean ! **Update** I had CM install the A/C unit everything went good but found a few leaks in the drain and vent piping after install, Tobin came back out and fixed the leaking issues. Everything is great now, this is by no means a negative, customer service was great and timely response to fix the issues. Definitely what you want from a company. Thanks CM ! 5 stars and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Had a heating issue with my gas furnace and found CM Heating while checking online, so made an appointment. Kevin arrived within the service window given. He was very professional and let me know what he was checking during the diagnostic. Found out that vacuum was clogged inside the fan housing that he was able to fix and I now have heat back up in my home. Highly recommend using CM Heating. Cost was very reasonable.

Luke came out just a few hours after we called when our furnace quit working. He was so polite, stayed late into the evening to make sure we had heat, and was helpful & kind. We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend CM Heating!

We really appreciate the time Dan took to explain what happened to our system and how to prevent it in the future. The fact I called 10 minutes before they closed and was still able to get a tech out in the evening was a totally blessing as we didn’t want to go through the night without heat.
I want to do a shout out to Lauren for taking my call and being able to get us scheduled so quickly to avoid a heatless night.
We were referred by our neighbors and true to their words CM Heating did not disappoint.

CM arrived same day I called. Josh was able to service the Gas furnace and gas fireplace at the same time. Clear and consistent communication, mutual agreement on solutions, quick repairs and my tenants had their heat back.

CM Heating is just the best! All their people are very professional, informative, and thorough. Jason and the rest of the installation crew did a wonderful job of replacing our furnace and walking us through the inspection process and the thermostat use. We now have a safe and efficient heating system, all done in a very time-sensitive manner, at a very reasonable price. We are very pleased.
