All Points Heating

We have had regular dealings with Horeco/All Points Heating over the few years we have been in business. Their technicians are well trained, efficient and friendly. They will not give up on a repair until the issues are resolved and the system is fully operational. Other HVAC service companies we have used have been much more interested in how to pad their bill than in solving my system problems.

You can spend more, but you can't get better service.

Top notch service and great products! These guys know what their doing! Honest and hard working! Christian helped determine old furnace needed replacing! So, we scheduled a furnace replacement. Tony was scheduled and promptly came out to install a brand new 90% Efficiency Carrier Furnace for a reasonable price. So happy I called All Points Heating! Would highly recommend!

Great company the work was done at professionally mater, Andy and Justin did all the side work from the gas line and installation in a timely fashion. The fire place looks very good. I definitely recommend All Points Heating.

I was so happy with All Points Heating! I made an appointment over 2 months ago, because they were so booked. The day of the appointment came, I got a call to see if I'd be OK if the guy came a couple hours early, and when he left, the fireplace was working great! A few hours later, I noticed that the fireplace was no longer on. I called All Points again, and they came out less than half hour later to check out the problem!!!! I was very impressed with their response and with the technician who came and worked on our fireplace both times. I would recommend All Points to anyone who needs maintenance or repair on their gas fireplaces. And I would not hesitate to use them again.

I ordered an AC from All Point Heating. After it was installed, the city of Seattle rejected using it at night due to the amount of noise it would generate. Over the next several months Christopher at All Points Heating worked to determine where it could be relocated to in order to allow its use 24/7, he offered to refund me, or relocate it. In the end he relocated it without any additional cost to me and it has been approved to run at any point at time. The whole journey took several months and he was communicative.

Ron, the owner, reached out to me regarding an unusually high bill that I got blindsided by BEFORE he knew that I had called the service manager and left a message of concern. Ron had spotted the trouble area in looking over the bill. He resolved the issue in one day, had adjusted the bill to what I considered fair before he called back, knew what might have caused the problem and had a plan to insure that it would not happen again. I have considered All Points a company with integrity for the nine years we have used them. This experience confirms that.

This is the first time I have used All Points to service my furnace. The service tech, Ryan was prompt and very friendly. He was very thorough with his inspection and left everything very clean. To be honest; I have the original furnace in my house from 18 years ago and I expected to be 'sold' on a new unit, which was not the case. These guys are awesome!

All Points have been stellar, from start to finish. As a single woman owning a rental property in Seattle, it can be a challenge finding qualified and RESPONSIVE home-repair services. Every contact I've made with folks at All Point has been handled promptly and very professionally. The CEO, Ron, is a straight-shooter. So then when a company working on my chimney, loosened and dropped the vent (for the furnace), and didn't know what to do: my tenants smelled gas and called PSE, who shut down the furnace; it was my multiple emails and conversations with Ron - late on Friday and on Saturday - that aided me in making the decisions I needed to make. And got the furnace back up and running for my tenants within 3 days.
I recommend this company very highly.

Having trouble with my gas fireplace turning itself off including the pilot light after a short time. And the after market fan was also not working well. This scared me with safety concerns the most. Called All points Heating for an appointment. Of course this is happening in the winter which is the busiest time of the year. They wereable to schedule me in 3 weeks, I was ok with that. I have an alternate source of heating. Heather came out and fixed the problem immediately. She also went above & beyond. Her care of my fireplace was great, cleaning the glass, removing the screen, and setting the temperature sensor up correctly. She also shared information about my furnace filters. I highly recommend this company and their representative, Heather.

I first worked with All Points Heating over a year ago. I can tell you they are very professional, helpful and a cut above the rest. I will call these guys first for any and all my heating and fireplace needs. Their work speaks for itself, you won't go wrong with All Points Heating!
