The best HVAC company in town. We got quotes from at least 5 other providers and had a complicated project to install a duct less system in our loft along with a standard HVAC. CM heating team was way more experienced and confident than anyone else. They were extremely responsive and kept us informed at every step. They are not knit picky and were very accommodative to all our requests. We got a 12yr warranty on parts & labor - no one else was ready to give us more than 2yr warranty on labor. They also took care of PUD rebate for us. We will definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, experienced team who will ensure that your work is completely elegantly and on time.

From initial consultation to the entire installation process, it has been an absolute pleasure to do business with CM Heating. Their quote was among the best in price among reputable companies, their level of care and service was impressive, and their guarantees are unmatched by anyone I found in our area.
This experience was the initial install of a replacement furnace and added A/C in an existing home with central ducting.
The technicians were quick to assess the realities of our home and its limitations, provided options and solutions to concerns encountered along the way, and the company was quick to update scope of work and invoice documentation electronically to adjust to the few changes that were required from the original ask. Everyone from the company has been an absolute delight to work with, the installation was about as painless as it could ever be, with great work done and explanation both along the way and when the job was finished. Job site is clean, family comfortable, and dog sadly missing his new friends.
We'll see how the years unfold with our new system and its new caretakers, but so far I'm absolutely floored by how lucky we were to choose this company for this project and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a completely new HVAC system installed which included the Heat pump, AC and heat exchanger. When I asked for recommendations on my community FB page it was all for CM Heating.They were very prompt and responsive. Andria was the person assigned to come out, take dimentions and give me an estimate and she spent a lot of time going over what is important to me and looking for the best fit. The electrician and installers had an extremely narrow cabinet area to work with and I was afraid they would have to modify the area or have the unit stick out into the hallway somewhat but they managed with not a centimeter to spare. Everyone was courteous, professional, respectful of my home and property and on time and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We recently moved into an older home that used an oil furnace and we decided to have a few different businesses come out to give us estimates on changing/upgrading our heating system to something more efficient. When Sean from CM Heating arrived to our home on a Saturday, it was a different experience from the others we previously had. He was wearing a nice uniform and was very pleasant, professional and thorough. They also had unbeatable warranty and financing options which was very helpful for us after an expensive move. We met with Sean on a late afternoon on Saturday, and they were able to start our project that following Tuesday. From start to finish, the whole team at CM Heating that we worked with from email communications with Lauren, Kaitlynn, Amy and Hannah to phone calls with Francisco, and everyone on the install team: Sean, Spencer, and Michael. We now have a very comfortable and cozy home. We also added on an air scrubber to that we can have fresh air throughout the home, which we felt was important with all of the recent fires.

We went with CM Heating when it came to replacing our gas furnace. We were really impressed with their professionalism at the onset of the process. Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians were always courteous and quick to answer our questions. When it came to the install, the technician George Unsworth called throughout the day to keep me informed of his timeline. When he arrived, he and his associate were professional and very nice. They worked for several hours in our freezing garage, during the start of a major storm. Nothing phased them...they got the job done, didn't complain and left the area clean. I couldn't be happier, and I will recommend CM Heating to everyone!

Luke is awesome! He is professional yet friendly and personable! He even lets our dogs bark at him and allows them to get to know him.
He was unfamiliar with the Humidity/water leak monitor we have so he called the office and received the info he needed from 2 managers.

I was in a panic because my antique furnace bit the dust, during a cold couple of days. The diagnostic person they sent out was very nice and knowledgeable and reassured me that they had programs to get me into a new furnace that was affordable. Today Sean came out with a technician I believe his name was Dain, (sorry if I got the name wrong) they were both knowledgeable and a couple of the nicest guys I’d ever met. Our meeting was painless and I was even able to laugh about my predicament. It was quick and they have me scheduled to have a new furnace installed tomorrow. I thought I would have to wait weeks to be scheduled. They put me at ease with the situation, with their knowledge of what needed to be done. I can recommend this company from the gal that scheduled us, the diagnostic guy that came right away to the salesman and technician that came out today. All professional, all knowledgeable and all patient with my panicked situation. If the installation goes as smoothly tomorrow you will have a fan for life! I can’t thank you enough!

Joey, the lead person showed up on time (8:00) along with a crew of four technicians. Once we answered a few questions, they started unloading their tools and the new system. We stayed out of their hair while they worked in the attic and outside our house. As advertised, they finished in one day. After they finished we had a few more questions and Joey was extremely helpful answering those questions.

I very strongly recommend CM Heating because they are very serious about doing what they can to make the install as smooth as possible. Everyone on the install team were careful to make the impact of their presence as small as possible. They covered their shoes, made sure the doors were closed, and when they finished there was really no evidence left behind.

Incredible customer service. Clear and honest communication, on time, professional, the list goes on and on. While I’m sure there are other companies out there that could install a heat pump, I can’t imagine better service than what we got with CM Heating. Will absolutely be using them for all my heating/cooling needs in the future.

We installed our heat pump with CM heating this month. They responded very fast, and they were able to get the job done the next day. Our sale Rep Brandon was very informative, professional, and offer us range of options for finance and products. I'm happy we were able to get things done fast so we don't need to waste any time.
Our technician Hunter and Chris did a great job and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Chris did a walk through on all equipments and how to use our new system. Very thorough and professional.
