CM Heating

We called CM heating when our furnace stopped performing as we expected. They sent a great technician, Ethan, to assess our system and he found it was in a dangerous condition and immediately disconnected it. It was awesome how fast they responded! We had a technician out the same day to assess our issue and Andria came within a few days to give us options on how to move forward. She explained everything in great detail and we are really happy with our options. All our install technicians George and Trent have been super friendly and paid great attention to detail.

Dane provided the service of evaluating my problematic furnace in a thorough and complete way, including pictures to substantiate his findings. He then explained my options in a clear and concise manner, ultimately ending in my decision to have a new furnace installed. Then Spencer and Tre expertly installed my new unit and thermostat, including a tutorial on how to change the filter and use the new thermostat. The following day, Saul and Luis thoroughly cleaned my vents. They were all very friendly, knowledgeable and expertly trained. I highly recommend CM Heating.

Remis and Jorgen were punctual and articulate in the heater installation. They verified that the new system ran properly and then explained the heating unit itself to us, as well as the thermostat which was new to us. Impressed with the customer service the company provided and would highly recommend them.

Tobin was very informative regarding our new furnace! He let us know that we needed to have all our registers open so the furnace could operate properly. The Tech, Adam, was very patient answering questions about the service and the available offers. He did not pressure us in any way, but gave us the information and allowed us to make a choice that best fit our situation. During the visit the was a little time to get to know Adam more and it was a pleasure to just chat.
The final report was clear with many pictures which will be useful next year when CM Hearing returns to do general maintenance on our two heat pump systems. It was a pleasure.

After the installation I had questions and concerns that the new system wasn't functioning as expected, given a second unit was kicking in at different temps. The initial response was that heat pumps only work above 35 degrees, but CM Heating understand my confusion and frustration. Instead of forcing me to just accept it they scheduled a tech to visit and explain why. While doing so the tech showed me the settings for both units and we found they were not set the same. After talking about the situation we agreed to compromise on the setting for both units which the tech correctly adjusted both. This was great that they took the time to explain things so that I was comfortable with the recent $$$ purchase. Very impressed with the entire CM Heating team I have worked with!!!

I contacted three different vendors to get a in-home AC unit quote, Steven C. with CM Heating provides the best service. Steven is a true professional who goes above and beyond to ensure that his clients are satisfied with his services.

Since my house has AC rough-in pre-build, Steven still closely examined everything from furnace to coils, from circuit breaker to cables. When Steven has any concerns with the project,he calls his support team immediately to get those concerns sorted out; he then carefully explains everything to me.

Tobin was called in to resolve a long ongoing lack of system performance. He took the time to fully analyze our heat pump system and settings. Found a few things to adjust and ordered a faulty sensor replacement. He also explained everything clearly and answered all our questions.

We had an excellent experience with CM Heating with our furnace replacement and Heat Pump installation. From getting the bid from Jay to install was less than one week. The team of Technicians included Christian F, Hunter M and electrician worked efficiently and we had complete confidence in their knowledge and end result. They quickly identified the problem, outlined our options, and installed the replacement furnace. After installation, they helped us understand and arrange the inspection, then, after weeks, the office manager proactively reviewed all open inspections, noticed ours was still open, then, when we explained the inspection was already done, contacted the city to ensure it was closed out. Finally, the office manager imitated the power company rebate for us, and, with no effort on our part, we recently received our check. Outstanding customer service throughout the entire process!
