DVAC Heating & Air LLC

Was looking for a ductless system for my house and contacted a few companies. DVAC came out and did a fantastic job of explaining what they could do and the pros and cons of all their options. Not only we're they more thorough then the other 4 bids I got they had a fantastic price. I decided to get it installed with their October special and the install team was amazing. They were very efficient with their work and I could tell they were high quality professionals that knew they what they were doing. I love the heating out of my new ductless system and I can't wait for my 2 included maintenances over the next 2 years. I could not be happier going with DVAC

DVAC did a good job installing my new Furnace & AC. Melody, Tron and the whole team were the fastest who scheduled for an estimate. Also the best price and installed my new equipment!
I decided to install a new AC since Summer is getting hotter every year! I called DVAC and started with setting up a day for an estimate till the end of the project and they were great!
DVAC was the 1st company to come to my home and give me an estimate. Tron is very nice, communicative, Friendly and he gave me all the options to either put a new AC only or If I want to change the Old furnace (2004) too
I received a great discount for installing both! Tron gave me the estimate and he told me that I can think about the bid & sent me the link if I want to accept it & another link for financing Option since I asked (Other companies kept pushing to give them an answer immediately & I felt uncomfortable) but Tron was very professional giving me the chance to think about his offer (This is when you know that you will give the best price) and that was one of the reasons I worked with DVAC
Tron told me that they can install my equipment next week (I will be honest, I thought he was just trying to make me take their bid:) ). I accepted the offer but I was delayed to pay 50% because of the bank. Also, I had to do some cleaning and leveling the area for the new AC unit, however I kept calling them asking for some more details and they were happy addressing my questions and concerns.
Finally I paid 50%, Tron came by to check that everything is ready after the leveling work and collected the Check on 06/28 and I asked Tron when do you expect the installation will be (He said most probably it will be early next week)
I was surprised that Melody was calling on 06/29 telling me that part of my equipment is ready and that the furnace will be ready tomorrow morning! WE CAN INSTALL YOU EQUIPMENT ON 06/30 AT 8AM :D
The team showed up on time, they were very professional and great, later the electrician came too and they completed the job in 1 long day. They really did a great job working hard all day!
Later they gave me the permits for the electrical & Mechanical work and now I am waiting on the Labor and County for the inspection to close this project

Update: Again they exceeded my expectations when I asked about the electrical inspection, Melody took the lead and scheduled a virtual inspection. John was here on time and did the inspection with the L&I. Everything went smooth

David performed a very thorough inspection of our AC and furnace. He explained each step along the way, and made sure we were happy. He also recommended a thermostat that turned out to be MUCH better than the one we had been using.

We had DVAC remove our old gas furnace and replace it with a Carrier Multizone Mini Split Heat pump. The install actually didn't go that smoothly, I had asked the foreman if I could speak with the electrician about coordinating his work with some other work we had going on, and he said fine but the electrician came in and out and did his work and never spoke with me, and they changed the head unit from the specs because the unit that we had wanted wasn't available at the time, which was ok but I do wish they had just communicated with me on that beforehand, it's just something you shouldn't learn about after it's installed. The real issue though was a few weeks later the temps dropped into the teens and our house temps fell into 50s, the system was going full speed but couldn't keep up. None of this is why I gave them 5 stars, in fact if you had asked me at this point I'd give them zero stars. The reasons that I give them 5 stars is that they made it right, they came back at no cost to me, their technicians spent three days trouble shooting and working and they fixed the issue. There had been a leak in one of the refrigerant lines and they found it and fixed it. Mistakes happen and when they do these guys come back and fix them, which is probably the thing I want to see most in a contractor. Plus they had competitive prices for the job. So in the end it was a very good experience, although it was a little rocky for a bit there. They could improve their customer communications and project management on the job site.

I have to say that DVAC did an incredible job with diagnosing the problem with my hvac system. Justin & Johnny were so kind and helpful to getting my AC working. They were able to come out right away and get me up and running.
I had a different company out several times over a 3 month period and charged me $$$ to replace 3 different very expensive parts that didn't need to be replaced. The system still didn't work. I asked them to check the thermostat which they said wasn't the problem.

Bad time of the year to have my AC go out…have no fear DVAC is here! Michael and David came out and found the problem in no time. There were very professional and informative about my heat pump.

David and Michael came early as a request of the diagnosis for AC not controlled by a new switch. The switch was installed last winter with the new furnace by DVAC. They are very professional and tested both AC and furnace thoroughly after the fix. They also changed a new tube for our furnace without any charge. Really recommend DVAC.

Great technicians! And good people! Appropriate cooling and heating are critical to my health. I am a Senior and in kidney dialysis. Michael and David came a day earlier than expected. Thank goodness! They are very knowledgeable about heat pumps. And got my system working well within an hour.
As a result, I am feeling much better and feel able to go about my life almost as a normal person! THANKS!

My blower was leaking condensation just about every day warm day. Michael and David showed up on time and we’re done with a diagnostic and fix within 30min. I Really appreciated how easy this was to get scheduled and resolved.

We recently called DVAC for a host of projects including some furnace maintenance, AC quotes, fixing some electrical issues, and a few electrical upgrade quotes. John and Shawn were out for the electrical work are really knew their stuff. They know and easily explained the codes and why we were having our issues and are providing a few options for repairs. Austin and Trevor were out for the HVAC inspection and project planning. They made sure our furnace was up and running in tip top shape and made sure we knew what the additional AC projects entailed.
