David and Everett were incredibly accommodating when our furnace went out over the weekend. They miraculously sourced a part that was not easily found (supply houses are closed over the weekend). So thankful for above and beyond service & superior knowledge! Highly recommend!

Dvac is 5 star for a reason. David is very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained in detail on all the options, answered all our questions and helped us choose the best option. He was readily available to clarify our doubts. We installed both AC & furnace. Appreciate all the great work. Above all they did on time on the same week. I would definitely recommend them. Their work quality & price is 5 stars.

Alex and Jacob were great! They installed the ac unit behind our house and configured our nest thermostat to ensure that everything was connected. Joe sent some electricians to complete the final wire work and they finished in under 2 hrs! They were careful to run the conduit underneath our fence instead of drilling a hole. Would recommend!

Kahn and Johnny were the best! They showed up early, accommodated a couple weird requests I had and also took great care and pride in not only their work but for my property, plants, walkway, grass ect… I couldn’t be more thankful and pleased with these two gentleman. UPDATE: I have been using DVAC for 3 years now and they continue to provide excellent service. I appreciate their easy appointment scheduling, e-mail and text confirmations, service agent in route notification with agent's name, and quick service follow-up with service summary. The service agent that arrived on time and was very professional. DVAC's pricing is competitive and I recommend them for anyone that needs any HVAC work done.

Original Post - 2019: David at DVAC Heating & Air was very responsive and professional throughout my entire project. He helped me with a new exhaust duct for a new Island Hood and a new gas line for a gas cooktop. For the hood, he was able to install the duct without leaving any openings in the ceiling (it was nice not having to do any patch work) and even helped me lift the hood in place so he could make the final connections on the same visit. For the gas line he came back two months after the initial install to make the final connections (it took me that long to get the cooktop in place) with only one day notice. I really appreciated his approach to a small but somewhat challenging project. He talked through everything that would need to be done, finished within the time estimated, and charged me a fair price even with a couple special requests thrown at him. David always made me feel like an important customer and I will be using him for all of my HVAC related needs in the future.

DISHONEST (Con artists) - My parents have a York furnace for a 1800 SF two story home. One day it died. I called several places to get an estimate. I chose DVAC Heating & Air LLC because they were the CHEAPEST (charges $135 plus tax for diagnostics), and they have very good review on google (now I am not sure how they do based on my experience with them).

David (the technician) was on time. It took him a few seconds to confirm the blower motor is dead (which is good).

Everything went down hill from there.

David called "his manager" and I heard him said "omg that motor is expensive". Really David?

After a quick talk with "his manager", he quoted me $927 (part and labor) PLUS tax (see attached picture) to replace the blower motor. He said the motor was around $650.00 already.

I said I need some time to think about it (as the quote is too high).

David became very unprofessional and pushy. He pressured me to make the decision RIGHT AWAY (because they need to order the motor from out of state).

I still insisted I need to think about it and that it wasn't my home, I need to consult with my parents since it is their home and they need to make the decision. The technician pressured me to call him RIGHT AWAY because they ONLY had one motor left in the office. (Again, a minute ago he said he had to order the motor from out of state, and a minute later he said he only had one in the office).

I still said no, this time FIRMLY because I know David was trying to scam me by now.

Right after he left, I called two more places telling them the issue. Both of them quoted me around $400.00 (part and labor) plus tax. They said the motor is about $250.00 (again David said $650.00 for the part). I ended up paid total of $450.00 included tax with another company (I was happy with their service and honesty)

In conclusion, DVAC might be the cheapest to diagnose, but they will use high pressured sell tactics to make you agree on a MUCH HIGHER cost after that. I would avoid these people at any cost.

David was prompt, knowledgeable, and reliable. He gave me a reasonable quote, completed the job quickly, and addressed/resolved my concerns in a timely manner. I would recommend DVAC.

David came out today to work on our pellet stoves. He was on time, very nice and did a great job for a very reasonable price. Also, will definitely use him again in the future for our heating needs.

I found DVAC Heating through Google and hired them based on their Google reviews, they are fantastic! After calling for an estimate, they called back immediately and scheduled a time to come by and do an estimate. The cost was very reasonable and they were not pushy, nor did they charge for an estimate. They installed a gas line for our BBQ in a very timely manner, were very friendly, and efficient, they even came by after the initial install to hook up our BBQ. I highly recommend DVAC Heating!

Woke up to a cold house and David came out same day and fixed our furnace for a very fair price. He was polite and knowledgeable. Can’t say how thankful we were to have him come the same day! We will be telling our friends and neighbors about him and he will be first to call for all future services!
