I called them when my furnace stopped working and they sent someone out the same day to check it out. The next day they were able to send out a couple people to replace my furnace and they also installed a new thermostat I’d bought recently. Everything seems to be working now so I’m very appreciative of their service.

Honest, friendly, professional, and clearly explained what the gas fireplace issue was and provided recommendations on how to fix it. Will happily call up DVAC for future HVAC needs.

5/5. Great customers service! Very communicative. Grateful I spoke with them before going with anyone else. They installed a heat pump and furnace in our house. Almost a year and a half later, after looking through my original receipt, I noticed that line coverings were included in the overall costs, but they weren't installed the day of the installation. I called them up and asked if they would come by and install them, per the original agreement. Mind you, this was almost two years later.

They put me down on the books and did it free of charge. They held to their word.

I thought I was having issues with my heat pump. I reached out and they sent out one of their technician to investigate. After asking me some questions, looking at my videos, etc., he took the time to educate me about the system. He was honest, sincere and transparent about everything. I guess everything was fine. I trust them to be honest with their work.

I've had experiences in the past where people just try to upsell and upsell, overcharge, etc. You won't get that from DVAC. They seem to truly want to do what's best for both their employees AND their clients.

Dustin was efficient and friendly. He got the furnace installed in a timely manner and the furnace and area look great! I will definitely recommend.

We contacted Dvac for a furnace and A/C maintenance check up. The attention to detail that was exhibited by the tech was unlike any we have seen before. The tech was very knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. We highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

The owner David is the great guy, always promptly responsive and accountable for the work. We had a new kitchen vent duct installation. They took care of the demo of the old appliance and the cabinet carefully, installed the duct with a care, and even installed the new vent hood which I bought separately. They have the customer first mind and do whatsoever to make the customer happy. Thank you for your great work!

Update on 1/22/2022, the team did again great job. My furnace was sudden broken when I reached David at night. He gave call personally in next morning, with the detail information based on annual maintenance. The day after the team came with new furnace and installed it from early morning without any break till 1pm. They know how to be accountable for their work and how to satisfy customer. Great job again!

David came to my place 3 times despite severe weather. His temporary workaround made me survived in this snowstorm and fixed my furnace perfectly after parts were available. He is professional, knowledgable and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

I used DVAC to replace my old electric heater with a heat pump system. Joe was very helpful in providing an estimate and going over our options. Alex did a great job installing the system. And they even put up with my many questions with regards to my homemade thermostat.
