Joe is the guy who inspected and then gave me the quote. Alex, the technician who installed the furnace, was terrific, and understood english very well though he had to use an app on his phone to translate from Russian in order for me to understand the nuance of his responses. But he did a TERRIFIC job and I would not hesitate to recommend these folks. They got our house heated again after our old furnace broke, and they did a beautiful install and addressed all our concerns.

David came for service on short notice and it was such a pleasure meeting him. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and quick! I highly recommend him.

DVAC was emphatic 3 years ago in our writing a positive review, soon after installing our split-half AC system. That initial review was positive since they elected to install a system we had purchased [Pioneer] on Amazon, but not the system they represented. At the install, at least one of the 3 workers was clearly not trained nor proficient - eg. he spent 3 hrs trying to use a hole maker thru the wall that simply count not extend. But since they stayed until 10p the first night I elected to give a pass. A year later our system error message reflected a leak. Their rep came out, indicated the install was not done properly, and charged us $1000 for additional freon - without finding the leak. Next year, same issue, same charge of $1000. This time the rep claimed it was our fault for ramming the condenser unit, although no dents were apparent. Simply an excuse for not finding the leak. This year, same error message so we contacted a different vendor. They affirmed the unit was not properly installed, that there is a slow leak, and that dye could be put in the system to exactly detect the leak and fix it a few weeks later. Dismayed that in the end DVAC cost us excessively, and made no attempt to remedy their work.

David & Co. are very professional, prompt, and a pleasure to work with! He is a wonderful communicator whose top priority is to please his customer. Highly recommend.
