DVAC installed my new Carrier heat pump and thermostat. They were easy to work with and were able to get equipment faster than several other companies despite supply chain issues. The overall process ended up taking longer than planned due to my home electrical panel needing upgrades due to being out of space (not the fault of DVAC obviously) and they were great with getting everything done on my timeline.

DVAC was able to schedule consultation for a quote in less than 2 days from when I called. This was by far faster than the several other HVAC companies I reached out to. They were also the only one's who were able to schedule me for new AC within a month time, whereas the competition was giving timeframes of 3-4 months out.

Cameron from DVAC came out and provided several options that could fit our need and our HOA's and was extremely responsive and helpful continually reaching out to make sure everything was going ok, and equally as responsive at answering any questions I had same day.

The installers arrived on time in the morning and were very professional and quick. The entire install of a new furnace along with AC was completed in the same day. Our home finally has AC and both my wife and I love it. We are extremely happy we found and went with DVAC for our install as we now have AC just before the summer time when no other HVAC company could offer the same.

I would highly recommend DVAC if you are looking for AC and Furnace install/replacement and are looking for a quick turnaround and extremely responsive staff.

Great personal customer service!

We had three bedrooms fitted with ductless units, DVAC did an amazing job both on the interior and exterior install. They took care of all the permits needed, supplies and booked the install in a very timely matter. We shopped around between a couple different installers, DVAC was very competitively priced.

The completed install took one full day plus a quick touchup the following day, I would highly recommend David and his team.

When I signed up for their $99 furnace maintenance special I was not expecting such a thorough review, which included removing and testing parts. They are the first on my list to call when my furnace needs replacing.

Excellent service. Our condensation pump broke, we contacted them via online chat. David responded back in minutes, they replaced the pump right away on a Saturday evening. We were very impressed and felt well taken care off. Best decision we made when we hired them for the AC

We had a great experience with DVAC. Our furnace was making a clicking noise so we had them come out to do diagnostics. The service person, Aaron, quickly diagnosed the issue and then offered to stay to do a furnace inspection. Their team was prompt at responding to my messages and the service person arrived right when scheduled. He was very friendly and happily answered all my questions. Very satisfied!

DVAC did an excellent job from start to finish. Alex and Jake were our installers and they were very professional. We are so happy with our new AC and furnace!

David made it easy to do the consultation remotely and answered all of our questions quickly over text and phone calls. Because of his prompt and proactive communication, we got our AC installed about 3 weeks after our initial conversation, during July. Many other companies were unable to even do a consultation until September or later.

Because of high demand, the unit we were originally quoted for (Daikin) was sold out. David upgraded us to a better, pricier unit (Carrier) with a better air filtration system for the same cost as the original quote. Highly recommend DVAC!

Quite possibly one of my most frustrating experiences ever with any professional company. I did my due diligence shopping around for companies, took into account reviews and recommendations by others. Ultimately, I settled for DVAC after Joe came with a friendly face and smile. Very respectful guy, and gave me a competitive offer. I declined the other companies who gave similarly competitive offers, as they claimed they could install my AC in the timeframe that I needed since my family was coming. It all goes downhill as soon as I accept their offer.

Delays. Delays. Delays. I understand that a heatwave hit so everyone was looking to install AC, but when you set a date and keep moving it back (moved back by 2-3 weeks total, letting me know only the day before that they can no longer make it) it's just unprofessional. Whatever, at this point I'll take what I can get delays or not.

Joe came to my home twice for evaluation, saying that they could do the project no problem, no hassles. Then on the day of installation, the owner David comes and says it's too difficult and they need a lift. Hello? You couldn't figure this out before installation when you came twice? More delays, and they said it would cost me an additional $1400 on top of the agreed upon price. What? The friendly smiles on their faces were gone. David became very pushy and said that they have better things to do than argue with me.

Then the final nail in the coffin was when they told me that the work that they quoted me does not include patching dry wall. They told me that they would cut holes in my wall, and not repair them unless I agreed furthermore to pay an additional fee. At this point, I'm done. What kind of company would not tell their customer this until the day of installation? Clearly they were fishing me for more money. At least they gave me my down payment back and didn't steal it.

Aaron came to service my gas furnace. DVAC installed it just under a year ago. After the summer, it had started making noise which became progressively worse over the next month. I called midday and they were able to send Aaron out today both to look at the problem and do the annual maintenance. Aaron arrived in quickly and was extremely helpful and professional. He wore a mask and shoe covers. He looked at the problem and tried to fix it by replacing some rubber gaskets/washers (not sure of the technical terms) and tightening things down. That didn't work so he needed to replace the part. He found it in Kirkland and actually drove out there, picked it up, and came back to replace it. He said it was likely a manufacturer defect in the part. It works great now. I am super impressed that everything was fixed in one day and covered by warranty. DVAC honored their warranty without me having to do anything. Aaron was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, professional, and stayed late to fix my problem in one day. I will definitely keep all my heating/cooling business with DVAC. I am super happy that I chose to go with them. I would definitely recommend them for your needs.
