    Upon getting the thorough diagnostic from Dane, I believe we will be replacing the heating/cooling system.
    Dane was very professional and kept me informed along the way.

    I used this company to repair my furnace when it went out in 2021, and that visit went fine. They fixed the issue same day, for about $150. They put me on the maintenance plan which I paid monthly. The next year when they came to service the HVAC system, I was at work and my wife was home. The person who came to the house took a look at the system, and changed the filter. Then he told my wife that we had a carbon monoxide leak due to a broken vent, chastised her for it, couldn't tell her if the furnace was otherwise okay, and then proceeded to do the following:
    1) He said he could not tell us how much it would cost to repair it, when they could fix it, or when someone who COULD give us this information could help us.
    2) He continued to yell at her for the carbon monoxide leak and insisted it needed to be fixed, but again could give her no information on fixing it.
    3) He left without turning off the furnace at any point during this interaction, or telling my wife to. Again, he left after confirming an active carbon monoxide leak (that had been happening for an undetermined amount of time) WITHOUT doing anything including calling the office to let them know about the issue.
    4) Marked on our maintenance sheet on the furnace that the filter had been changed, but made no mention of the active leak.

    He did not call the office at any point to have them price out repairs/a new furnace, or even on the availability of a technician who could confirm what was wrong with the unit. I called CM Heating as soon as my wife was able to call and relay this information to me, and they said they could send someone out in 5 days to look at the unit and give me a quote for repairs. 5 days with no heat, in the winter, and no sense of urgency to solve the problem even though I was paying them monthly already.

    I called around and Seatown was able to send someone out the same day (The dispatcher called the technician while I was on hold and the technician agreed to add me to his route), and they were able to give us multiple pricing options for what would work best with our home and budget. They were able to install the unit less than a week later. The install team arrived on time, were fast, efficient, and friendly. Would definitely recommend anyone experiencing similar issues to go elsewhere.

    Great company. Stand by their work, over communicate and very knowledgeable. Sean was incredible, along with Cristian and Lamarius. CM Heating also does electrical work now as a portion of their services and they’re great at it. Updated my electrical panel, and got a new heat pump and AC all in one.

    We got a new furnace and heat pump installed and it was fantastic! We initially talked to Regis to go over our options when our furnace went out and he was great. Super nice and very informative. Didn’t pressure us to do anything but made sure we had all of our options. When Dan, Tony and Reece came to install the furnace and heat pump they were very respectful of our space and home. I work from home so it was really important to me that I was still able to function while they were here all day. I mainly spoke to Dan and he made sure I understood what was going on and was very nice throughout the whole experience. If you’re needing any services, these guys are the ones to go with!

He gave me suggestions on placements that I didn't think of, and you can tell he cares about the service and quality CM Heating provides.
