Spencer Lewis did an awesome job with the installation, along with his co-worker and electrician. All them answered every question I had and installed the products exactly where I requested. Friendly and excellent customer service with excellent skills performing the installation is surely hard to find and this install team did outstanding. I will surely recommend CM Heating and already have spoken with my neighbor. He said show me your new bill and savings and I will probably do the same thing. Happy Customer now and even happier when summer comes along and my dogs and I have some AC to keep us cool.

They were great. We didn’t have heat and they fitted us in for a consult, which not every company did. Jay came and was so nice. It was more ‘salezy’ than another company, but not over kill. Took lots of time to do a thorough job and give the best advice. Gave great options. I felt comfortable adding or taking away things I didn’t want. We also discussed options to help make it more budget conscious since we don’t have the biggest bank. They have top notch choices and others to help those that may have to sacrifice quality for price. We just had a consult, but decided to go with them. If it turns out bad I’ll update, but I got good vibes.

Wonderful experience with CM Heating coming out the same day that I called in need of help for repair for my heat pump and furnace system. Dan was very knowledgeable and found a short in one wire among many bundles, essentially a needle in a haystack issue, that caused both the heat pump and furnace to not work. He worked through the system progressively until he found the problem, keeping me updated as he went. Many thanks to Dan and CM Heating for getting our heat back on the same day, right before we're about to hit some very cold weather!

Andria, Lyle, Hunter, Christian, and Coleman were all excellent to work with. Our job was more difficult than average but they rose to the occasion, answered all our questions, were efficient, wasted no time, and the responsiveness was incredible. Jay was great with helping us decide which new heating system we needed for our home. He made things easy to understand, and we felt no pressure to buy something we didn’t need. He also helped us with discounts that made the final price very affordable. It was a pleasure to work with Jay.

Highly recommend CM Heating! Spencer and Cody were our technicians and they were pleasant, very informative and efficient with their time. We also had an electrician pop in but did not get to meet them unfortunately, I heard them have positive conversations and sounded like a great team. Also found out they do gas fireplaces and we had such a great experience that project is on our radar now as well!

Professional, high quality, low pressure, informative, prompt, courteous. My heat pump went out during a cold spell (of course), CM sent someone out right away — answered all my questions and then some. Turned out… heat pump was old and not repairable— got several bids. Selected CM due to their great reputation, warranty, professionalism. They just finished the installation today — one day for both the heat pump and air handler. Great job. Highly recommend!

Dana was very professional, thorough and explained what he did in detail. He is very knowledgeable and cares for the customer. I liked the fact that he explained in detail what he was doing as he did it. Explained in detail what he did in a very professional and courteous manner. He is articulate and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and spent a considerable amount of time performing the maintenance. He also made us aware of money saving ideas for the future usage. We are happy campers!

Luke did a great job. He was efficient, kind, smiled and serviced my heating system in a very timely manor. He let me know what was going on at all times. He had Michelle with him in training. He showed her everything. The report was detailed and had pictures of the service and needed parts. Luke also made appointments for me to continue with the next step to a better system.

We called CM Heating to help address one of our bedrooms which was running cold. Our technician, Dan, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it all in the same day. All throughout the process, he was friendly and professional and did a great job communicating what he found and how he was going to fix it. I would gladly recommend his services!
