Fantastic service on a Sunday night emergency with our water tank. Very quick response and luckily had the part on hand. Could not be happier!

Abdoulla was considerate, friendly, and performed the usual maintenance, and then offered an additional cleaning of the blower which was dust encrusted, which we accepted. We had an enjoyable conversation as he worked. The only negative--the service was scheduled between 9-10 a.m. He did not arrive until after 10. Doing the additional blower cleaning delayed his departure until 12:45.

The team did a great job of turning around the install of a replacement HVAC and setting up better zoning in our 50 year old split level. Quick and efficient.

We had a general heating system inspection, during which our technician recommended adding safety switches. He was professional and did the work same day. He explained every aspect of the processes, answering all questions.

Excellent Service, very professional as they did a complete inspection of our heating system, water heater, dryer vent and humidifier. Just note, do remember to turn on the water heater after the inspection is completed so that it doesn't loose hot water. :-)

United has ALWAYS been responsive & available same day. The technician in this cases well informed, meticulous, had a good eye for cost savings, & clearly enjoyed his job & the people he serves. All plusses!!!

Two of the UV lamps on my system were not working. The service person determined that the fault was with the module that powered the lamps and he replaced the module. I was upset to learn that this repair was not covered by my Full Service Agreement and I had to pay the full price for this repair, over 1400 dollars. Apparently, my understanding of "Full Service" is not the same as United Air Temp's. I will not be renewing my FSA when the current FSA expires.
