The initial tech, Justin, was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. As a follow up, I received a visit from Justin's manager Zachery the following day and I couldn't be more satisfied. I would recommend United Air Temp to anyone. Great job guys!

The most honest and fair HVAC company I’ve worked with. My home warranty company had initially sent another company to work on my unit. They were dishonest and did not know how/what to do. They switched me to United Air Temp and I was happy to see the gentleman that had previously worked on the unit before show up. He got it up and running and gave me direct and honest feedback about getting a new unit. Within a couple of days the team was here installing the new unit. They all were courteous, cleaned up their mess, even cleaned up my mess by sweeping down the stairs. The next day there was a challenge with the new unit (a drain pipe), they immediately came back out to fix it and make sure it was working as it should. I will always recommend United Air Temp!

This was our annual A/C tuneup for the summer and the second time using the Duluth branch of United Air Temp. I am thoroughly satisfied and impressed with this company because of this branch. They are extremely knowledgeable, have excellent communication skills to explain what they are going to do and letting us know each step of the way what they did and their findings. They clean everything up before they leave, too. I can unequivocally recommend them for any service based on what I've seen through 2 service appointments.

I contacted United Air Temp because my home warranty company sent a contractor who was rude, took one glance, did ZERO diagnostics, and said my AC unit wasn't repairable. My home warranty didn't want to cover repairs but offered me to get a second opinion from another contractor, because the first one obviously didn't want to do his job (and even called me and HARASSED me after I told the warranty company how rude he was). I wanted a second opinion that wasn't a company that worked with my home warranty company, and this company was highly recommended from a friend. Diego was my technician, and he came out promptly, kept me updated on his ETA and even worked around my work schedule so I could be seen ASAP. I have a bedridden mother who is on oxygen, and needed a second opinion way faster than my home warranty company wanted to give me. The price was absolutely fair, and Diego was very professional. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong with the AC unit, (and even gave extra explanation so I better understood, because I know ZERO about AC units). I appreciate his kindness and how patient he was with me, because I had a lot of questions. He did a quick diagnostic and determined that I had no coolant, because there is a coolant leak somewhere, and said that my unit is repairable. We need more people like Diego, who are willing to take the time and explain the issue, rather than trying to upsell and make a quick buck. In the event I do need a replacement unit, I will for sure use United Air Temp!

This company is very reputable. Justin always arrives on a timely basis and communicated very clearly what needed to be done. He followed up every visit with a phone call and good information.

Diego was very friendly, informative, professional and polite at the appt. we had on Thursday. He gave us all the options, pros and cons and educated us about our A/C unit. We decided to get the full service maintenance plan. We will request Diego for our next appt.

I've had multiple issues with my HVAC and had to call for service. I've had other companies come but I've chosen to use United Air Temp for the problems and regular servicing as they are honest, reliable and professional. They do the work properly and make recommendations for future but not pushy.
I highly recommend them to anyone.

Justin arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and honest about the repairs needed for my air-conditioning unit. He provided impeccable customer and I was comfortable asking him questions about the unit.

Our AC went out during this heatwave and United Air was able to get a tech out same day and we were cool again. Tech was professional, thorough and very helpful.
