My old zoned thermostat system failed and there was not an easy replacement. Spencer Air was recommend on our Next Door app. They came out and spent a considerable amount of time understanding and researching my 30 year old system and looking for possible solutions. The service manager got involved. I felt that they were treating my problem as their own. Professional, Timely, Good Value and Honest. Quite different from two other so called "reputable" companies that I tried.

Wonderful company! From the office administrators to the salesmen, to technicians, even the owners; they're all great! The owners are very hands on with each client & dont mind getting their hands dirty! sometimes, they'll even help out during an install of new equipment and/or big jobs. Not only to ensure the clients are 1000% satisfied, but also to lend a hand to the install team if need be! They do not tell you that you need unnecessary work done, in order to bill more. Very professional! Spencer is the only company my husband & I will allow to touch our units! They installed them 2 years ago & did a fantastic job!!
In fact, my husband actually worked for Spencer Heating & Air, & I've also worked in this industry for 2 decades & can tell you, you won't find a better honest & fair priced company, than what you'll receive with Spencer!

I have been using Spencer Heating and Air for years, it is a great company, very competitive prices, polite, knowledgeable technicians who can explain the problem the way everyone understands.

Last time Bobby came out, he found the problem in short time. While they were replacing the siding, a nail hit the coolant pipe. I don't know how he saw it, but he got it in minutes.

If you are like us, don't know much about the HVAC system, Spencer Heating and Air is a good choice, they have never tried to sell me more than what was needed.

This is my first review that I have ever done, but I felt that the Spencer team did such an outstanding job that I needed to write a review.

First, the estimate performed by Jay was very thorough, he also did a great job educating me about the different options.

Second, both Patrick and Seth did an outstanding job doing the work. It was a difficult task, and the work flowed into the following day. But I am very glad that they did not rush and instead did a very high quality installation.

In summary: very knowledgeable, high integrity, excellent quality.

Wow. I can't say enough positive things. This is also coming from someone who is a harsh critic.

When we moved into our suburban home from the city, almost immediately our furnace was seemingly on its last life. We had a gimmick "home warranty" which left us with a lot of highly inexperienced and unprofessional individuals coming in and out of our house to attempt to resolve the matter.

We then decided to find a trusted company and interviewed 4 local HVAC companies that were highly recommended by neighbors.

The reason we went with Spencer was because of our first engagement with Jay - he was very experienced and incredibly friendly and professional. He had been working with Spencer for over 20 years and had only positive things to say about his employers.

We ultimately had to replace our furnace, and the quote was in the middle/low end of the 4 other quotes we received. More importantly I felt the staff that were brought into my home were all very pleasant, friendly, professional, experienced. They also had an apprentice sometimes, a young man who was learning. I was pleased to see this.

4 years later (in July of this year) we had to replace our Air Conditioning unit. We had a very old zoning/damper system and the Spenser experienced staff said we should remove it. I trust that these people know what they are doing, and so we did. Turns out we did not end up getting the same airflow into our bonus room (the "old" zoning system was in fact providing some value). I did lose a couple nights sleep on how I would explain to my husband that I took their advice, and removed a system which costs "$1,500-$3,500" and now I want it reinstalled.

I calmly called Spenser and they sent Jay back (same man I had met 4 years prior) . He spoke everything over with the owner (who is very involved) and they will be doing some duct modifications to rectify the problem, and because it was them who advised removing the zoning system, they are doing this at no cost.

Anyway, I have always felt very comfortable with every single person that I have met that has come into my home from Spencer. They are all very knowledgable, most have loyally been working with Spencer for many many years (which is a testament to the owners ), very friendly, and seemingly very. honest/trustworthy.

What a relief I found this company. As when these expenses come up, they are quite expensive, and you want to work with someone who actually genuinely cares.

Thanks a lot to the whole Spencer team! Keep up the great work. And never underestimate the value of great employee employer relationship as this trickles to your customers and it is very evident that y'all are doing a great job taking care of one another!

Yeah found them on nextdoor and they had stellar yelp and Google reviews ! Spencer Heating and Air ! Amazing. Great honest company ! We basically only had a battery corrosion problem and the hvac unit for heating was in great condition! They felt bad for just cleaning the corrosion on the thermostat , for the service fee of 89 bucks to come out .. so they did a check on the unit itself and replaced our air filter that we already had on hand at no additional charge ! Great company will definitely reuse them ! Honest and fare pricing !

Spencer Heating and Air did a great job at a great price. We had 2 systems replaced. The inspection and estimate were very thorough and the crew that did the install was extremely professional.
I had also got an estimate through Costco which turned out to be a 1000 dollars more and was really a huge sales pitch.
