I was super skeptical about buying the preventative maintenance plan. However, I am so glad that I did. Steve M. came out today for the spring check and cleaning. He was extremely thorough, detail-oriented, and extremely professional. He had a great personality, and he made me feel very comfortable. He even showed me how to change the thermostat settings to allow dual control (heat to x, cool to x), which we have been trying to do for over 2 years. I would definitely recommend their service! 10/10

Vital Air's technician Steve came to service our air systems. He was respectful of our house, very thorough with both systems. Pointed out things that need to be addressed. Quoted me work that needs to be done.

We needed a new system installed. Justin L. was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took his time while walking us through all of the different options we could choose from. We are very happy with the decision we made. The installers were great and the installation process went very smooth. Any questions we did have Justin answered at the follow up visit.

Aaron Miles was legit. He was on time, work efficiently and took the time to sit down and walk me through what was working well as well as system improvement opportunities. He was customer focused and solution oriented. I recommend Aaron 110%. I look forward to him managing our future system maintenance appointments.

Vital Air was quick to help us resolve furnace issues and provided lots of options for repair/replacement for us to consider. Justin was very knowledgeable and respectful and helped us figure out what was going on with our systems. Definitely recommend them!

Justin Lancaster and the team at Vital Air did an amazing job installing our new HVAC. After experiencing fraud with a shady company which compromised our entire system, Justin went above and beyond to get our HVAC installed at a great price and FAST! We are selling our house and definitely needed the HVAC for showings! We had it installed in two days because Justin was able to overnight a delivery to our home.

I’m really so thankful for their professionalism and compassion as we were not expecting any of this after trusting another company. I also love that the 10 year warranty for parts and labor and first year of free maintenance will be transferable to the buyers of our home. I hardly post reviews, but Justin has helped restore our faith in humanity this week and I just want to make it known that we are thankful and it really pays to do your research! Justin L and Aaron M were amazing. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. In addition to performing our scheduled maintenance, they diagnosed an underlying problem within minutes. They quickly resolved the issue and at no additional cost. We’ve used Vital Air for 5 years and are very pleased. Even more so now given the excellent team of Justin and Aaron! Highly recommended.

I have been using Vital as my regular HVAC company for years. While a little pricy, they always come out as quickly as possible, the staff is so friendly and professional and they get the job done. Most recently I had a visit from Donta and Aaron and both were so helpful and professional.
