Extremely efficient, timely and caring staff. We had a leakage issue with our HVAC, the technician (Eddie) showed up within two hours of reporting the issue, fixed the leak and anything that didn't seem outside normal. They went above and beyond to help and also patiently listened to our questions and responded.

Vital Air has always been great to us! They respond quickly when we have an issue. They schedule a technician promptly to resolve the issue. They are extremely professional and break things down in layman's terms.

Vital Air continues to impress with their service and professionalism when dealing with small and large HVAC issues. One of the best companies I've ever dealt with and Rodney did a great job of troubleshooting our last HVAC issue and taking care of it the first time.

Wonderful service and honest folks! Thanks so much for letting me watch and showing me the parts of my system and how it works. Thanks also for checking everything out and letting me know it is running just fine. For many years I had a service agreement with one of the big chains, and it was good, but you all provided me with a personal touch, and I will be your long-time customer with this type of service. Thanks for the great report on my air conditioning system too!

Vital air conditioning services was extremely prompt and courteous. They took care of my old air conditioning unit, which had ceased to work, and within an hour had it back-up and running. I was so impressed with the great customer service that I am contracting them to replace my 36 year old tired AC unit with a new Lennox system in a few days. However, in the interim, they where able to coax a few more days out of my tired old home AC to keep us cool during these hot and muggy Georgia dog days of summer. I never felt pressured for additional services or repairs. Outstanding!

Rodney and his crew installed two new evaporator coils in my home back in July. I recently had a leak detector out because I was noticing an odd smell. Turns out Vital did not reinstall the drain line properly and water has been leaking in the walls down two floors for months. Now Vital Air won’t return my calls to fix the drain and address the damage. Stay away.

Great customer service, but some concerns. They're communicative and responsive, but we had some troubles with the install. Admittedly a tricky install (suspended from ceiling in downtown mid-rise). Heating elements failed on brand new hot water heater. Would have preferred a new one to replace it, but was assured the fix would work and would be warranteed anyway the same as if it were all part of the same new tank. Indoor air handler was wrong size and perhaps wrong equipment. Also installed wrong. Had to come back a few times to repair (brand new equipment). But they did. Even promised my tenants (who were w/o hot water for their first 2-3 days) a gift card for dinner out. Several glitches and hiccups, but don't believe that's their norm. Stuff happens, so life is about how we respond to that stuff. Vital Air responded.

Joshua has been servicing our heating and air since we bought our house. He is always on time, takes time to explain all service related items, and is just a very personable guy. He goes above and beyond and I've signed on for the service plan because I trust his work and recommendations. I couldn't be happier with this service.

Where do we begin! We would recommend Raymond and his crew all day every day! We knew we needed a whole new HVAC system… But we were super nervous about investing in one without partnering with somebody who was going to take time to explain to us what we really needed versus what we didn’t need... and Vital Air is the company to do that. We had talked to a few other companies and we always felt as though we were being a “sold“… Raymond came to our house and never “sold” us anything… He actually consulted with us. He wanted to truly understand what was important to us, and to help with any informational gaps-go figure!😀

Raymond exudes trust and compassion and this whole industry should take lessons from him. His crew are amazing… And after the job was done Raymond came over a couple times to make sure was exactly what we wanted, was operating in the way it should be, and even helped us resize floor registers so they would fit and provide optimal environment for this new system. Raymond and Vital Air believe in actually earning customer business and he has earned ours for many, many years to come.
