Justin was amazing. He fixed the condensation line clog and corrected a slope issue as well as going above and beyond to secure other areas he saw needed cleaning up while in the crawl space. Also stayed late to install a dryer vent. Could not speak more highly of Justin or this company. We are so grateful and will use them for all our air services going forward.

Unbelievable service from Justin B and his technician. Our AC was out for 24 hours and when I called at 7am, Vital Air promised they would get someone to us by end of day. Sure enough they kept their promise and had someone to us by 11pm. Justin worked tirelessly to cool the house down for our 3 Huskies and my husband who was recovering from major surgery. Can't say enough about Vital Air and their team

Our A/C unit went out on Wednesday night and on Thursday they came out and recharged our system for a temporary fix .They replaced the unit on Friday. Very pleased by the quick response and the quality of the work done. I would highly recommend you call these guys and you will be pleased!! Thanks Raymond & Gerardo for a job well done 😀

Vital Air is honest, professional and knowledgeable. We use them for our home and our office and would use no one else. Their goal is to always help the client. Aaron was our technician most recently and he was great. What initially sold us was when our heating unit went out. We had two quotes from different companies before having Vital Air come out as our third quote. The first company told us the blower motor had blown up and the repair would be around $2,000 but as the system was 18 years old, it would be better to replace it at the cost of $8000. When the second company came out, they said that the first company had failed to re-attach wires so they could not test the system but agreed that there was motor blower damage etc. and quoted us $7500 to replace the system. Vital Air came out and we told them what we had been advised by the other companies. After checking out the system, the technician came back and said he was done. Turns out he blower motor was fine. The capacitor just needed replacing which was a $345.00 job. THANK YOU VITAL AIR.

I see Vital Air Services at least twice a year. They are always excellent. Today was no exception. Jacob was courteous, thorough, explained everything well, answered questions and did an outstanding job overall.

Scott was the most professional and honest heating and air guy I’ve ever met. He went above and beyond to make sure my system was working properly and even corrected anything that he felt should have been installed better. He repaired my walls around AC components, he gave me tips on how to save money with my system, and he was overall a great guy to work with. I highly recommend vital air and more specifically, request Scott if you can.

The Vital Air team did an amazing job installing our new HVAC unit in our office. They accommodated our busy office schedule by doing the install on Saturday. Everything was installed in a timely manner and disposed of the old unit without leaving a trace. The system is running smooth and is very quite. They gave me several options to choose from in purchasing the new unit as well as different payment options. I am very pleased with their service and have been using them for years. Friendly and knowledgeable technicians (Aaron & Rodney). Had a full AC unit replacement and job was done great. Had a small misunderstanding in the beginning but a manager reached out to me and it was quickly resolved. Good service.

Scott with Vital Air Services came to check my system today on a routine check. He found a slow gas leak for which I am so grateful!!! He went above and beyond to adjust my dampers and correct a ceiling vent rattle that was driving me crazy. His attention to detail, professionalism, and kind personality was so greatly appreciated. I'll definitely continue to use Vital Air Services and ask for Scott going forward.
