Olie and Aaron were very helpful in making sure our system was installed and tuned to the proper settings. Olie has been available to talk at pretty much any time day or night— it’s obvious she is passionate about this line of work and the people she works with.They corrected several issues without additional cost to us, and I believe the company handled these issues the right way by making us whole. Overall we are very satisfied and competitive pricing too.

We've used Vital Air on several occasions for both home and business. Each time we have needed them, they are always professional, responsive and have excellent customer service. It's nice not to have to worry about shopping around for an HVAC company whenever situations come up or when we need routine maintenance. Truly a top notch company.

Vital is awesome. From the customer service in the office, to the delivery that I received from Daniel today. I could not be more happy. Daniel was very thorough in his explanations of my system and how to best maximize it's operations. Having owned an HVAC company in the past, this is the kind of service that I would have wanted from my own employees! Great experience.

I cannot speak more highly of Vital Air. Almost August in Atlanta on a Friday at 7 PM is about the worst time your AC can have issues. I contacted Raymond at Vital Air and he had a tech to my home within an hour. Our tech, Aaron, was fast, super nice, fixed the issue quickly, and even took the time to show us how to put our HVAC unit doors (which we could never seem to keep closed tightly) back on properly. And did I mention fantastic prices?!? They’ve got that covered too. I’m extremely pleased that this is the company that will be installing new HVAC systems in our new home. Highly recommend this company of good people being good to other people!

Scheduling was easy. Price was less than half than I was quoted by any other company. The service tech Rodney J was very personable and very knowledgeable. He finished the installation very quickly then completed the setup with no problem. I will gladly use Vital Air services again for any of my HVAC needs.

We've been using Vital Air for a maintenance agreement for six years after they installed a HVAC system in our new home. Every time they come to our house they are professional, friendly, and spend the time necessary to keep our HVAC system running well. Their office staff is always on top of reminding us when we need service and they are very flexible in scheduling. I highly recommend them.

Vital Air Services is great. I purchased the service plan about a year or so after closing on my new home. As a first time homeowner, it is awesome to have a service provider that alleviates any headaches. You can schedule appointments over the phone or online and Twyla makes sure to accommodate emergencies. I appreciate the appointment email confirmations and day-of scheduling email and text message reminders. Geraldo was sent out for my fall check up and fixed an annoying noise that my unit had been making for months. All of their technicians are professional and punctual.

I cannot recommend Vital Air and Raymond enough! It's sweltering outside and we have two babies we have to keep cool. I contacted Raymond and he quickly let me know he would have someone out the next day. The technician was prompt (LOVE the text notifications with their ETA, photo and bio info) and noticed the note asking for no one to ring the doorbell and complied (a moms dream!). He was thorough and respectful. Our family won't ever use anyone else!

Twyla is very responsive and has even called back on a weekend to help me schedule an appointment-that is going above and beyond! All technicians have always been prompt, very thorough, honest and professional. I definitely recommend this company!
