    Ollie came out to my home last week because I initially had another company that told me I needed a whole new unit. I wanted a second opinion and she came out and checked everything my unit, the Attic and etc. She showed my pictures and broke everything down. Came to find out that I did not need a new unit. I was very pleased on how friendly, knowledgeable and honest she was. My co worker recommended this company and I am very thankful he did! If you want an honest company that is going to help you vs steal from you than do business with Vital Air!! Ask for Ollie!!

    Couldn't be any more pleased with my HVAC Tech - Ollie and the entire Vital Air Services company. From the start, the communication was top notch. Ollie (Tech) showed up promptly (on time) and was simply the best! She explained everything in understandable terms, work diligently and quickly to service and correct any issues with the HVAC. This was a routine summer maintenance. We opted in for the 2x/year plan and looking forward to seeing Ollie again! Great company and people!

    I had a very pleasant experience with technician maintaining time, professionalism, respect for my property and wearing shoe covering. She was able to correct an incorrect setting on my thermostat which should save money come this winter with heating. Overall, I plan to keep biannual service check up with Vital Air.

    This company will charge you for warranty work, and will charge diagnostic fees and still be unable to tell you what the issue is. I do not recommend Vital Air unless you are determined to throw money away.
    I purchased a new home that has a warranty on the HVAC system with Vital Air listed as the servicing company. So far, I have had the HVAC system fail twice in 8 months. The first time was withing a month of moving in. A Vital Air technician was able to come out to the house and reset the breaker and bring the HVAC system back working.
    The second time, the HVAC system failed to cool, and Vital Air did nothing to fix, and could not tell me why it failed, but sent me a bill for them to just shrug their shoulders and go "we don't know why it quit working".
    It is my opinion that you should avoid this company at all costs. If you have warranty work that is serviced by them, I believe that you will be better off to just pay another company (one that is more reputable) to do the work. At least that way it will get fixed.
    My own direction will be to have this brand new system yanked out of the house, and a better system installed - one that does work correctly, and does have a reputable company backing it. It won't be Vital Air, that's for certain.

    Follow up in answer to the message below:
    After I posted this review, one of Vital Air's (AKA Vis Viva Energy and Services) representatives, Conrad Andrezejewski (VP of new construction), sent an email later that night full of non-relevant excuses. I answered it immediately and addressed inaccuracies directly. I also pointed out that after the technician made changes, the system is working worse than it ever was before (and remember, it's only 8 months old). The equipment is working, but the setting changes that the technician made is making the thermostat inaccurate now). Never heard anything from Vital Air again. No one ever tried to call the next day like they stated they would.
    In my opinion, they are just trying to act like they would reach out to make themselves look like they care on Google Reviews. It seems to me that all they wanted was a quick grab of a little cash and not do anything beneficial to the customer.
    It is extremely obvious to anyone that comes in this house that Vital Air's new construction team didn't know how to install an HVAC system correctly. Two of the bedrooms are several degrees warmer than the rest of the house, and that is directly related to poor duct work and zoning, not the physical unit. I've had another reputable HVAC company come and look at it, and they confirmed it also.
    I highly recommend that everyone avoid this company.

    Vital Air has genuinely been a delight to work with. Specifically, Ollie who came out to my house has been beyond great, thoroughly explaining everything to me and offering professional advice on what makes sense to do with my AC system failure. She has made an unpleasant situation much easier to deal with. I won't use another hvac company.

    Had our heat pump unit serviced inside and out by Scott Haynes, Technician. He was professional; knowledgeable and very customer friendly. Answered our questions and did a great job for us. We will ask for him at our next service date for sure. Thank you Mr. Haynes.

    Scott arrived right on time, soon after his text advisory. He promised he would solve the problem and went to work immediately. He paid attention to our concerns and was polite in manner. He did indeed fix our problem, which was a complicated one, and set up the thermostats afterwards to our preferred settings. He was professional, skilled, and confident. 5+ stars.

    Rodney and his partner were both amazing. We have an older HVAC and the wiring was actually installed UNDERNEATH the ventilation in our home. He tried everything to avoid cutting a hole in our ceiling and thankfully came up with an awesome idea to install the Nest thermostat at another location instead. So we got the job done through a lot of leg work on his part. Highly recommend VA

    Rodney from Vital Air came out to install our two Nest Thermostat's and quote on an annual service plan for our two HVAC units. Rodney was on time, polite & professional and had the job done in under an hour. Great experience overall, and will be signing up for the annual maintenance plan! Highly recommended.
