A waste of my time and money!

I used this company because my home builder recommended them for HVAC repairs and maintenance. I called and explained to two people that my powder-room/half restroom didn't have an AC. A tech arrived, I opened the door and he told me it's not supposed to have an AC and still charged me $150 for coming to inform me that!

Drop whatever big corporate company you are using for your maintenance and service and switch to Vital Air. They are prompt, reliable, honest and fair and they don't use fear tactics to talk you into services and repairs you don't really need. I am so glad I called them for a second opinion.

Gerardo was right on time. He was very obviously knowledgeable about our HVAC system. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and fixed it in no time. He was professional and very easy to work with. He even spent a bit of time giving me some very important tips to help maintain my system to avoid future repairs. My household has been a Vital air customer for many years. We have a very complicated system that they have been able to help us take care of. I highly recommend this company!

We’d been meaning to have our ducts cleaned for a while and I asked about it during our regular maintenance. The value was great but I cannot tell you how good it feels to know that all that dust and dog hair (we have two Great Pyrenees) have been removed. Justin and Caden were so professional and polite. So good to have this marked off my to-do list!
