Raymond and the team at Vital Air are awesome. They replaced one of my AC units within 2 days after I inquired about it at a very competitive price. The install team was prompt, professional and cleaned up thoroughly after. We ran into some unforeseen obstacles during install which required additional work and Raymond came out personally to take care of it himself at no additional cost. Great communication throughout the entire process, I inquired about my other unit not blowing as cold during the install and with no hesitation a tech was sent out to look into to it. Daniel (tech) was very professional, educated me as he did a complete check on the system, turns out it just needed to be recharged..everyone was COVID-19 complaint (masks, shoe covers, gloves) which made me and my family very comfortable during these questionable times. Vital Air has gained a customer for life and I will be sure to recommend them to all my friends and family going forward.

I wish I could give Vital Air Services more than 5 stars for the work they did. This company is awesome! We needed a split air conditioning system replaced quickly at our business and called a few highly recommended companies. Of all these companies, Vital air Services was the most professional, knowledgeable, organized and detailed of them all. They returned calls quickly and patiently explained the whole process to us. For these aforementioned reasons, we decided to go with them.
On the day the work was done, we received regular email updates as to when our technicians would be arriving and because they worked after our closing ours, we also received email updates when they finished the work and how the installation went. They also cleaned up thoroughly before they left. We highly recommend Vital Air Services.

Just installed a new air conditioner at my main residence. Scott came out to assess a leak, provided options that led to my decision to replace. He clearly knew what he was talking about. And I ask a LOT of questions. The installation crew was knowledgeable and efficient. I rely heavily on Olie's advice and recommendations (supervisor and installer). I have great confidence in Aaron when he does my regular maintenance visits. Special call-outs to Luna in the office and the big boss Raymond. Company is ethical, responsive and easy to do business with. I have used them for several years at two houses.

Needed to have someone look at why one of the AC zones was blowing only hot air. I called to schedule an appointment. The Service Technician (Jacob) was scheduled for the same day. Arrived on time and fixed the problem. Spent time explaining the performance of the AC and provided an overall check of the entire system. Great customer service from the time of scheduling the appointment to the time all was fixed. I also would highlight that a text and separate emails were sent communicating the appointment details as well as a picture and background of who would be doing the work. Great safety comfort.

Since purchasing our home in 2011, we have dealt with several different contractors and home services - Vital Air Services has been the best at communication by a long shot. Once you schedule an appointment, you are given email and text message updates regarding your service visit and the technician(s) who will be at your house. Raymond (supervisor) arrived first and got started right away, and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rodney (technician) did an excellent job, and didn't mind when my son got home and *had* to watch and inspect everything they were doing. I'll definitely recommend them to family and friends!

The technician that came out to my house was great! He arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable in terms of setting up my Nest thermostat. I am really pleased, and will definitely use Vital Air Services again in the future.

I have now had my 6 month services since moving to Vital Air Services. Jacob was my technician. He was on time, asked if he should wear booties and was wearing a mask during all our interactions. Given teh state of the state right now I really appreciated that. He found a few issues with ducting and took care of them at no charge. I was very happy about this as well. I still highly recommend them.

I became aware that my current HVAC company had sold me a mixed system, meaning in Jan 2020 they could not service one of my units if it had issues. It had issues, it was leaking freon so the recommendation was a new complete unit. I had heard good things about Vital and called them. They came out the same day, inspected the units and then performed a review of all the ducting, etc. Their recommendation was less than 1/2 a new unit's cost, but it addressed duct leaks, improper thermostat placement, lack of returns, the list goes on. Raymond was a real pro and took the time to look at the entire problem, not just the quick fix. I highly recommend them.

Daniel was great! First time using Vital Air at the recommendation of a friend and now They have earned my business as a preventative maintenance customer as well. Daniel was able to source the leak (after other companies could not) in my PVC pipe and replace it. He did a great job fixing my problem as well as practicing COVID protocols. Will definitely recommend to others!
